This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and a large selection of teas. Dishwasher and washing machine. Because the apartment is located in the heart of Florence where only Florentine residents are permitted to park, it is necessary to leave your car in one of the parking garages near the apartment (fee €. 20-25/day). You can easily walk to every place of artistic and cultural interest. If you arrive by train, you can walk or reach me directly by bus. If you arrive by plane you can take a taxi directly to my front door. This district is the most charming of the city and the street is quiet and peaceful. I will be glad to welcome you personally: check-in and check-out every day of the week at a time to be agreed upon at booking. I am waiting for you! Charming Apartment, Palazzo Valori

Affascinante bilocale in pieno centro a pochi passi dal Duomo, in una nobile strada, ricca di negozi e di vita, sia di giorno che di notte. L'appartamento, affittato in uso esclusivo, è composto da un accogliente ingresso con angolo studio, una camera da letto per due persone, una cucina affacciata su di un grande salone e sala da pranzo, e un bagno. Data la presenza di due divani letto in salotto, c'è la possibilità di ospitare fino a 4 persone con un sovrapprezzo. La particolarità dell'appartamento è costituita dalla presenza di un'antica cucina maiolicata con camino, risalente al XVIII, essendo lì locate le antiche cucine del palazzo. L'appartamento è estremamente tranquillo e luminoso; la camera da letto è affacciata su una ariosa corte interna, molto silenziosa.L'appartamento è dotato delle seguenti facilities: riscaldamento autonomo, impianto di condizionamento per il raffrescamento estivo, internet wifi, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, cucina a gas, frigorifero, forno a microonde, phon. Possibilità per chi lo desidera di parcheggio in garage privato nel palazzo, a 15€ per 24h. L'appartamento è per non fumatori, grazie. Sono a disposizione degli ospiti via mail, telefono, sms, whatsapp e ovviamente... di persona!!! L’appartamento è in pieno centro a Firenze, a un passo dal Duomo e da tutti i principali musei ed attrazioni della città. Siamo in piena zona pedonale. I taxi hanno comunque pieno accesso alla nostra strada. La stazione dista una decina di minuti a piedi. L’appartamento è per non fumatori e non sono ammessi animali domestici nel palazzo, grazie della comprensione.
