You can visit the nearby market of St. Ambrogio and buy authentic products used in Florentine cuisine,or enjoy a glass of Chianti in the shade of the "Dome". Once at home, you will be greeted by a serene atmosphere where peace and tranquility embrace you. The warm earth tones of the furniture and thoughtful decor will make you feel at home. This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and a large selection of teas. Dishwasher and washing machine. Because the apartment is located in the heart of Florence where only Florentine residents are permitted to park, it is necessary to leave your car in one of the parking garages near the apartment (fee €. 20-25/day). You can easily walk to every place of artistic and cultural interest. If you arrive by train, you can walk or reach me directly by bus. If you arrive by plane you can take a taxi directly to my front door. This district is the most charming of the city and the street is quiet and peaceful. I will be glad to welcome you personally: check-in and check-out every day of the week at a time to be agreed upon at booking. I am waiting for you! This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Enter Florence through its main door. "Asso's Place" offers you the unique experience of living in the heart of the city in a splendid apartment with a stunning view of the Duomo. The apartment, 120 sq meters (1300 sq feet), has 2 beautiful bedrooms, separated by a living room, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen with a dining room has a nice terrace.
