The apartment, almost entirely facing the sea, is a recent renovation of a house from the early 1900s: - the dining/living area opens directly onto the garden and is equipped for every need - The double bedroom has an exclusive bathroom -an additional living room has two sofa beds and another bathroom. The parking is private, as is the descent to the Scardamiano seafront of AciCastello, full of bathing establishments equipped with every service. You will find yourself in a 19th-century house that has been recently renovated with a modern interior design, while still respecting the historical integrity of the spaces. If you are coming by car, there is a parking space available not far from the apartment. Just be mindful of one detail: to get there, you'll have to pass through a narrow passage that is 2 meters and 20 centimeters wide. Make sure your car can fit through. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
