Cottage vacation rentals in Santa Rosa Beach

Returning to our favorite Airbnb beach cottage was just as magical as our first visit. The cozy interior, the yard feel, and easy access to the beach make it a perfect getaway. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail is just right. We love the serene atmosphere and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

Great place! We stayed with our kiddos and it was great. The pool is right outside and the beach is a short walk away. House has chairs, sand toys, grill, beach wagon to use. Didn’t know they had this out there is a pack n play and high chair which is great for littles. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils. Just need to bring food and condiments/seasonings. Towels were available for pool/beach and house use which is a great space saver for travel. Washer/dryer on site is essential and great! Beds were all comfty with two baths which is great. One with a bath/shower combo. House is locked by a code which is amazing convenience to not have to carry a key around. House is in a great location within walking distance to Alys beach and close to seaside. House is super cute and comfty in a quaint little neighborhood of cottages and a few houses. Access to beach across road is clean and not too far of a walk. Would definitely stay again

What a fabulous stay! Courtney’s place is so clean, free of clutter yet has everything you need - from plenty of beach towels and beach supplies to several blankets to curl up on the couch. The location is fantastic. An easy walk or bike ride to the beach. In fact, we LOVED how she made going to the beach and getting around so easy. We rode the bikes to seaside everyday to avoid the road traffic. Beach access was super easy and she has plenty of chairs, towels and beach toys to use. We are willing to pay extra for a nice clean stay where you really can relax and feel at home. This is it! Highly recommend! She is super responsive as well!

We stayed at the cottage for my friends bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect place for our group! From the bikes, to the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and adorable back porch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond and answer any questions. I would stay here again! It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Lovely little cottage!

Molly's Place was perfect! It was only half a block to the public access point for the beach, and it was also very walkable to restaurants, including Destin Commons. The house was spotless and clean when we walked in, and every amenity needed was provided. The owner is always very responsive to messages. This was the second time we stayed, and I would highly recommend Molly's Place.

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

Beautiful house! Very clean with everything we needed right there. We had a small hiccup, not the house/host’s fault and host communicated with us promptly, and got it fixed. The hot tub was very hot & private with the fenced yard. Kitchen had everything we needed. The house is absolutely beautiful. We will return to the area and will book this property again.

My family of 3 had a wonderful time. I wish we could have stayed a month. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of storage and hooks for everything. Great location to get from beach to beach and restaurants. I loved the app Heather sends you with all the info on the house and how things work. Heather always communicated and answered messages in a timely manner. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, when our child took a nap we could relax in pool. Neighbors were friendly and always quiet. Very easy check in and check out.

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

Loved everything about Amy's place. So cute, comfortable & clean. Everything we needed for 2 of us and our pup.. Amy was extremely helpful and responding quickly to all my questions. The location was perfect. So much to do within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, beach, farmers market. We really enjoyed the outdoor live music, food & drinks right at the end of the street. We loved Rosemary Beach and will definitely make it a point to stay at Amy's again.

Heathers house was so cute and cozy! Great location, and literally 1000ft from the beach. Everything inside the home was very clean. It’s such a good home that you can almost picture yourself living there. My only con- and maybe it’s listed and I just didn’t see it, but there was not enough bath towels for everyone and we had to go buy some towels to get us through the week. There is also not any beach towels or beach chairs, so you do need to make sure to bring those for yourself. It’s not a big enough issue to lower the star rating to 4 because everything else was truly so good. I would 10/10 recommend- perfect space for a big family and the home doesn’t feel crowded at all. House had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach. The provided wagon, beach chairs & beach towels were a great bonus. Enjoyed quiet morning walks around the neighborhood and loved spending the evenings on the screened porch after beating at the beach all day Definitely would stay here again!

Julie’s house is just as described…”Just Darling”. It was immaculate and clean, cozy beds and sheets, everything we needed. We liked the neighborhood feel especially coming back to a quiet home after crazy, busy visits to Rosemary and Alys Beaches and a drive up to Destin during a busy holiday week. Our dog loved it so much, she didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a cozy home with a classy beach feel. We also loved the little porch in the back. Sugar loved the new smells out there. We’d love to return if we get up that way again!

The most charming, cozy, and peaceful place to stay! There are two adorable outdoor seating areas—one just outside the front door and another by the outdoor shower. Beach chairs with umbrellas and bikes were provided, making our stay even more enjoyable. Lindsey had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry area, ensuring a completely worry-free experience. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Lindsey and her husband were incredible hosts—kind, thoughtful, and always quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend staying at their beautiful place, and my cousin and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Beautiful location within 1 block of the beach with private access. The house was nautical cozy with all the necessities, very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with many places to walk. We loved our 3 weeks at the Seashell Cottage. We didn't want to leave.

We had a wonderful time an if there was ever a issue they were quick to respond and fix it it was very nice and peaceful little place

This was our second visit here! We love Kelley’s cottage. The golf cart, upstairs loft, & outside area are our favorites. We spend most of our time in the back yard whether it be cooking, relaxing in the hammock, playing with the dogs, or just watching tv. Kelley’s cottage is also clean & cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return for a third visit!

Location, location, location! This house is nestled in a quaint and charming neighborhood; close to grocers, shopping and restaurants, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Most important, the house is a very short walk to the beach which was super convenient for our large group. Beach towels, chairs and sand toys are plentiful. We traveled with 8 adults, 2 tots and 1 infant and didn’t feel cramped in this house at all. The bedrooms are all separated by a bathroom which made them all feel more private. Each bedroom has a king size bed and the bunk room has full size beds which was great for my adult kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities needed for cooking-we especially took advantage of the crockpot and grill for family dinners. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and basic supplies. We loved soaking up the morning sun with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the rocking chairs. Susan is a great host and very accommodating and responsive!

Our stay at Heather’s place in Santa Rosa Beach was incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Heather is an amazing host who went above and beyond to ensure comfort for my wife, our 2.5-year-old, and our pets. Traveling full-time can be tough, but her thoughtful touches made this place truly special. We stayed during the holidays, and Heather made it magical with festive Christmas lights that added holiday cheer. The space was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and unwinding after a day of exploring. The location near the beach offered the perfect balance of adventure and tranquility. Heather’s warmth and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend her Airbnb to anyone seeking a memorable stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, great location, and we felt extremely safe. Did I mention the best part? The included golf cart made the trip extra special, it was just a short drive, down the road, to the public beach! We also walked to beach some of the time, as it was just a quick distance away. The entire stay was fabulous! Would definitely return.
