Beachfront vacation rentals in Santa Rosa Department

This place is a gem! We all were so happy. It's very private and clean, the pool is amazing and is right in front of the beach. Well located with hotels and convenient stores around it. We would love to comeback maybe in low season.

The one staying in Maria's house will never regret it; the beds are well comfortable, the ac in good condition; the pool with its details, is spectacular; the ranch near the sea, enjoying those spectacular sunrises and sunsets and enjoying the sea breeze; very private area. Evelyn and Luis are spectacular and very accommodating. Words fall short to describe how well we've had and the cleaning rules Evelyn handles; she kept us with clean towels, bathrooms, and the house is always clean. I recommend Maria's house with her eyes closed.

Everything was just like the photos, Juan Carlos was very kind and the people who took care of the house very attentive during our stay, he would definitely come back to host me

Very nice beach house. Everything written and described in AirBnB is true Everything is as it says. Don Walter, (the guardian) doña Paty (The lady who cleans the house and who cooks for an additional fee) and Mizxi, (the daughter of Doña Paty) cook for a daily fee, they are very friendly and respectful. Mizxi, excellent cook. Everything that made us eat was very tasty. my family and I will book this house again when we come back to visit Guatemala. 100%+ recommended beach house.

I really loved the place. I thought it was a perfect place to vacation. I highly recommend going. The only thing is that the restaurant that is there is not very good in my opinion so I suggest it is better to bring your own food for more comfort.

Definitely one of our favorite spots!!!! Not just because the place is beautiful but because of the excellent service of the host. We had a nice week and felt right at home. The villa is beautifully decorated and you can see that all the details are taken care of to make guests find everything cute and clean. The references of the house are accurate, literally, facing the sea, very comfortable and quiet property, I always felt at peace and at home

My family and I really liked the property. Accessible to the sea and with a good-sized pool for 16. The place is safe with a guardhouse. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and a bathroom. Communication with the hosts is easy and fast. Overall, we ended up wanting more vacation. We'll be back
