This place is a gem! We all were so happy. It's very private and clean, the pool is amazing and is right in front of the beach. Well located with hotels and convenient stores around it. We would love to comeback maybe in low season.

The house was even better in person! Lots of space to hang out, cook and enjoy the outdoors. We really enjoyed the partially covered pool and the hammocks overlooking the ocean. Being there felt safe and private.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. I have been to many places, but this has been the best so far in Guatemala. From the moment you arrive, everything is very well explained and easy to follow. The place is full of details that make the stay special: coffee, cookies, chips, cleaning products, washing machine and dryer with soap included. It is spacious, very clean, with excellent air conditioning both up and down, and televisions on both floors. Very comfortable, cozy and well thought out. It shows the care and dedication of the host. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! I definitely recommend it and would love to go back.

This is the second time we have all the family and we love the house, because of what it offers and how well located it is. Kids love the pool as it has a space for kids. Surely we will be back for the next vacation or sooner.

The house is very well located, it is safe, clean, well cared for, tidy and is described exactly as the host publishes. Communication with Manuel was simple and with a very prompt response. He was always on the lookout and was very friendly. It is a place that we will definitely visit again as a family and that I recommend for other people who are looking for a place that is worth it for what is paid for.

Edgar's place was MAGNIFICENT, for those who have doubts and take their pets don't hesitate ❤️ My family and dogs were very happy, there is plenty of privacy and the pool is always kept clean. Everything worked 100%, thank you 🫂

Very nice house, the patio is large and has hammocks to rest. The kitchen has all the utensils to be able to cook and also a grill to make asados. The best thing is the pool is large and clean. We had a nice family vacation.

The place is generally in very good condition, just like the furniture. It has different environments to eat.. A very nice one that is on the third level. You can walk to the beach. There is a store about 150 meters away.

The place was great, we had a great time. I dont leave reviews but Im leaving a warning for everyone, the person and contact on this Airbnb listing has passed away luckily the place was not doubled booked when we arrived and they were able to clean it up really fast for us. Make sure to get a hold of someone before heading there to confirm your booking. Other than that we had a great time, rest in peace Pierre 🙏
