The house is located in a private cul-de-sac guaranteeing tranquility, close to the GR34 and the state forest. The house was completely renovated in 2019, its 60 m2 terrace is facing south to enjoy the first and last rays of sunshine of the day with the soft sound of the waves in the background.

This 2 room, fisherman's hut type, is located 300 m from the Dossen beach (surf spot, kitesurfing and windsurfing, windsurfing), one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of North Finistère. It is on the ground floor (ceiling 2.10 m) with private garden/shed for your equipment. You can walk on the coastal trail GR 34 (300 m), in the forest (sports course) and discover the character cities of the surroundings (Roscoff St Pol de Léon, Morlaix). No TV but Wi-Fi available!
