simple apartment, but very functional, I found the location very quiet and close to the shops and subway.

Mr. Ariovaldo is very polite and communicative. Cozy and very well located apartment, to walk quietly around the neighborhood, I recommend!

Great apartment if you're studying or working at USP or around the Butantan area. It could get noisy at certain periods but you can close a door and the problem is solved. Patricia and Davi are always helpful and friendly. I've stayed here several times.

Once again, the stay with Karolina and Paulo was impeccable. Silence, tranquility, cleanliness, comfort and feeling of being literally home. I hope to stay many months here. Morar in São Paulo is less difficult with this welcoming and affection.

i loved the stay! the space is beautiful, very well cared for and quiet. the tranquility and warmth of the place were a present the night we were there. the surroundings are predominantly residential so if you are by car is a good request. if not, it is worth taking a look at the routes you imagine making during your trip and evaluating. the arrival was very quiet and the exit too, the fernanda was super fast to meet us. would return for sure!

Loft is beautiful, decorated in very good taste and well located. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and public transportation nearby and at the same time it is calm. Rosária is an exceptional hostess: kind, polite and always ready to help.

Me, my wife and our children stayed during the carnival and enjoyed it! It is a comfortable place, Rita was very careful with everything for the best comfort of our family. My wife loved the atmosphere, well organized with great affection. It is a place of peace and happiness. I highly recommend it. Note: I ended up forgetting an object on site and the owners were super careful to warn me and assist in the return process, without words to thank them for the great dedication.

Very kind, friendly and attentive hosts. I received all the necessary information, the house was clean, organized and had everything I needed. Even though it was a guest house with the same access as the main house, I had total privacy. It heard absolutely nothing from the main house. I loved it! If you need it, I'll certainly be back.

It was a great experience staying with my family at this home. The house is large, very spacious, clean, safe and very well located (close to Villa Lobos park, the nearby bakery restaurants). Kriks is amazing and helpful in everything we need.
