Kid-friendly vacation rentals in São Paulo

One of the best places I've ever been to! :) really super nicely decorated and looked exactly like the photos. The pool is quite small, but is completely enough to cool off. There was nothing lacking in equipment. Viviane is super sweet and helped us with everything. We would come back ❤️

We found the accommodation pleasant! The only information I don't remember seeing is that you have stairs to go down and arrive at the entrance of the property, which is located at the bottom of the main house. It has all the utensils available, super clean bathroom, large environments, very quiet street, it has no garage, but there are several places to park on the street, Mrs. Magali was very helpful, attentive, she passed her number and she was available to her, she answered me in the two times I needed it. For a short stay we really like the service received.

The house is too beautiful, all the guests loved the house, very organized. We rented to gather the friends of my party for a 15-year celebration, and everything was very beautiful. The gourmet people space what is that, I would stay there for another 15 days if I could...have everything you need to make a lunch, a breakfast, a barbecue...good without words to describe. I highly recommend it. Ana and her daughter answered my questions quickly and very politely. We love the house♡...gratitude

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

Home in a great location, private, flexible check in, communication with Victoria is quick to return. The house is also large, well-equipped, has cozy beds, bedding and bath linens of good quality and care. No words for this home. I can only say it's amazing. All very clean, organized and very cozy. Victoria and Italo were very attentive and helpful. The whole house is surrounded, so for those who go with a pet, it's all very safe. My family and my dogs love everything. Sure is a house we would love to be able to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay! Gesiele was extremely kind, attentive and polite, always willing to help. The apartment exceeded our expectations: well located, clean, tidy and with a cozy decoration that made us feel at home. My wife, who is a fan of Grey's Anatomy, was delighted with the picture of the characters and the striking phrase – a special touch that made all the difference. Our son had a lot of fun at the playground, which made everything even more perfect. Also, the price is fair for everything that hosting provides. We definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

Very thankful for providing a home out of home for us. Thanks for some prepared food which helped us after a long flight. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with artist atmosphere. It’s easy to walk to the main avenue and very safe neighborhoods. Great price too! Best wishes to you all!

as for Graziele, they are just compliments! very friendly and gave information and made everything very clear, regarding the property, the negative point is that it does not have a parking lot, and this in São Paulo represents a certain inconvenience because the private parking lots are very expensive and the access to the property is in a very busy and dangerous place for the night. As for the interior of the property, it fulfills the purpose of being a place to sleep after the appointments in the city, everything works well, the noise problem ( due to being facing the viaduct) is perfectly isolated by the windows, but there it is warm there on hot days ventilator does not care and is uncomfortable, on cool days it is good! it deserved air conditioning. i only rented for my family to rest before the event and sleep right after, so for. that purpose served very well.

An easy-to-find location, Roberio warned me about not having parking but I managed to find a way to leave the car in a spot on the street, right next to the building. Everything was organized and both the checkin and the checkout were quiet.

Personnel can trust, images are exactly the same as the environment! The building is perfect since the service, the general cleaning is everything inside! Vanessa's service is fast. The apartment itself is extremely smell and clean. And I loved street safety. it's the night and I felt safe!

Hello! The place is super safe, on the other hand, the region is expensive, but it has the bus stop, supermarket very close by. Host contact availability was excellent and essential.

Sonia's place is perfect as it is in the photos. Very well equipped with kitchen items, hygiene and great hairdryer. Extremely clean and smelling bedding. The place is really very beautiful and has a great view. We had some difficulties in accessing the garage, but not because of Sonia. I believe it is due to the safety measures that the city requires and because of the integration of the gatehouse with the security guards.

I've already stayed at the place, for me it's always an excellent option, as I'm a resident of the region. As always, everything in the most perfect order, Michel is an excellent person and an even better host.

I did not go to tourism, I chose the place for the easy access to Santos. Locomoção facilitated by the proximity of buses and VLT, amenities such as banks, pharmacies, markets and medical care nearby. I highly recommend the place for practicality. Great cost benefit.

Clean location, easy check-in, apartment matches the description, to get to Paulista you need to climb a small hill, about 15 minutes. There were 3 people and they settled in super well. Quiet air-conditioning.

I was super well received by the host! The house is perfect for what I was looking for. In a quiet place, with an outdoor area to relax in at night. The kitchen is well-equipped. The house is very close to a market. So I could eat at home. I didn't use a car but there is a garage. Cozy atmosphere! I'll definitely go back!

Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped Studio. Pertinho do mall, condominium with good structure, legal swimming pool, easy to use laundry, a little expensive market but with good options for the time of need.
