Apartment vacation rentals in São Vicente

Seemingly nice, close to everything, clean, quiet, discreet, it's what I was looking for. The person who welcomed me very nice and very responsive. I already knew the apartment because my mom had booked and she wasn't on it. no complaints.

Giordano has a great apartment just outside the city centre of Mindelo, very close to Laginha Beach. With a balcony you can enjoy sunset every day. Apartment was clean and had everything you need. There was some construction work in the building and the area but only during the day so if you are away you will not notice. Take the taxi driver Giordano recommends so you will get to the right place directly!

Erasmo and his lovely righthand support Frederika were fantastic and greatful for our challenge visit of Sao Vincent and Mindelo. We always rember this top stop of Kap Verde! Eva-Carin, Bengt and Mats

Nuno was very friendly and always helped us with any questions or gave us tips. The check in was great, we were even allowed to check in a little earlier due to time constraints. The apartment was very clean, is very modern, new and beautifully furnished. Walk 5 mins to the beach, about 20 mins to centre of Mindelo and the view from the balcony is so beautiful. Thank you! Everything was perfect.

If i could I would give this place 6 out of stars. Not only because it's a beautiful house with everything you need but also... Restaurant Crazy Kitchen around the corner has great food 2 minute walk from beach Laginha and the beach house Caravela ( great place ) 1 minute walk from a supermarket ( Loja de Branco ) The host is very hospitable and answered us very quickly with any questions we had about the surroundings and what to do. thank you Avenino & Ângela for the great stay.

really nice place. I stayed here for two months and had a great time. The house and especially the terraces are beautiful. The staff and owner are really friendly.

There were two of us staying for 2 nights in the beautiful apartment right on the most beautiful beach of Mindelo. The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated and super located. We felt very comfortable there. With Carla, the communication was also very pleasant and she was very helpful. Thank you again!

Clere is 1 awful amazing. Very nice and above all adaptable. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with all necessities and especially everything has been redone recently. Finally, apartment close to the waterfront and 1km walk from the ferry departure.

Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

Honoria is a lovely woman and a perfect hostess. She wants to help with everything and even left me some nice Catchupa when I told her I loved this typical Cape Verdean food. The apartment was bigger than I thought it was. Clean and quiet. Perfect location near Laginha Beach. I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

The apartment was in a great location for us. It's practically opposite the beach. We swam every day. Shop nearby. It was no problem to walk 20 minutes or so into town. And the ferry port is easy to get to, about 10 minutes walk, if you're taking a ferry to another island as we did. There's lots of space, a nice dining/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms. Only issue was noise from the street and the restaurant directly below. On the 3rd night we moved to the back room and slept much better. Betty was brilliant, meeting us and helping with info to make the most of the Carnival. Don't expect anything to run to time re the Carnival timetable! One thing I'd recommend is take a taxi up and back to Monte Verde for the views. Betty arranged a driver.

Excellent stay. The apartment has great conditions, with all that is needed for both short and long stays. The wi-fi connection is very good - perfect for working and making video calls. Liliana is an excellent host, super helpful and available to assist with whatever you need. I recommend it!

At home it was optimal! Very spacious, bright, airy. It cleans every day by very nice ladies. Great location, 10 min walk from Laginha, 5 min walk from a supermarket and surrounded by several restaurants, banks and ice cream shops. Very quiet neighborhood. Whenever it was necessary, Mr. Artur resolved all that we asked for as quickly as possible.
