Beachfront vacation rentals in São Vicente

the stay in Simabo is cozy and relaxed. the room had everything I needed. there is a nice roof terrace. in the kitchen it is possible to prepare your own food. it's cozy that there are cats and dogs walking around Simabo. that makes sense, because Simabo is attached to Mindelo's dogs and cats shelter. especially that the hostel is close to the beach and also within walking distance of the city center I liked.

Extremely good location. Close to everything in Mindelo. Room was spacious, bright and clean. Perfect for a short stay.

We really enjoyed this place, quiet, authentic with great sea view. With small shared buses, Mindelo is 15 minutes away .

We stayed with Paulo and his wife in their house organized to host several people. Paulo was super reactive, he came to pick us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the city. The day we wanted to leave Mindelo, there was no minibus running so he also dropped us in the village we were staying next. In short he is really nice, helpful and very resourceful when it comes to local adresses!! His place is nice, simple and comfortable. The terrace is super cool and gives you a nice view over Mindelo! It’s 10min walk away from the city center and 30min from the beach where you can swim. Thank you so much for everything Paulo!

We've enjoyed Cindy's place a lot. It is perfect if you want to work remotely with a beautiful view or to just relax. It is very spacious and cosy. Terrace is definitely better than it looks on the pictures! The view is amazing! :) . We order traditional breakfast twice and got THE most delicious Catchupa we have tried on the island of São Vicente. I would definitely recommend this place further.

Very nice accommodation with a very nice view, the staff is welcoming and the setting is beautiful!! Everything was fine we had a great time with my family and would recommend this place! Having come for the 2nd time, I am still so satisfied and I will not hesitate to rent this accommodation again during my next visits to the island of Sao Vicente!

Super apartment, bright, spacious, clean, well equipped, great communication (with Friderika), a supermarket is just downstairs, wonderful view. at night a taxi is needed. So you should get some numbers of drivers before, there arent taxis passing by as it is not in the old town. We would definitely come back!

Carine is very welcoming and speaks several languages which facilitates exchanges! Very clean hotel. Small pool, with only 4 sunbeds, fortunately we were alone (or almost) staying here. Note that the water is not heated and cooler than the nearby ocean, so the temperature difference with the outside makes you feel good! But once you're in it, that's okay! No "supermarket" in the village, few restaurants, it's very peaceful except the dogs barking all night or almost all night: keep the windows closed! There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Spacious room! We went to see the Turtles with the local fishermen, it's very exotic and to do!

nice, spacious and clean stay. you have no locked feeling due to the many light inside and the balconies available. Everything you need is available. you walk to the beach in no time. If you want to explore the area, you can get on the bus that stops in front of the door or grab a taxi. Plenty to do in the area: restaurants, playground, museum and the city center can be reached within 5 minutes by taxi. + clean + friendly and helpful + security available + lively environment + supermarket nearby - high stairs to get to the apartment building. (There is an elevator in the building itself. Would get a key to be able to take the elevator downstairs via garage due to the stroller. In the end, it was not necessary. - can be heard a lot of wind in the house on windy days. solved with a cloth for the grate so it could no longer be heard in the house - balcony doors couldn't be locked (no problem was 8 high)

Nice place very close to beach. Stenio was very helpful and helped us through some flight issues. Leo was a great tour guide through the city. Apartment is very well set up with different services you can easily access and in a great location

We love our stay, the apartment corresponds to the photos published. The rooms are big. It had everything for our baby, crib and a meal chair. When we return to São Vincente I hope to stay here again.

The apartment was in a great location for us. It's practically opposite the beach. We swam every day. Shop nearby. It was no problem to walk 20 minutes or so into town. And the ferry port is easy to get to, about 10 minutes walk, if you're taking a ferry to another island as we did. There's lots of space, a nice dining/kitchen area and 3 bedrooms. Only issue was noise from the street and the restaurant directly below. On the 3rd night we moved to the back room and slept much better. Betty was brilliant, meeting us and helping with info to make the most of the Carnival. Don't expect anything to run to time re the Carnival timetable! One thing I'd recommend is take a taxi up and back to Monte Verde for the views. Betty arranged a driver.

Very quiet and clean accommodation, great view. Two minutes' walk to the city center. We did not find it necessary to take a taxi to get out and back at night. Comfortable bed. Fatima is very responsive and accommodating. I recommend

The home is located in a quiet area, close to the beach and the city center. It is quite large and well-equipped. As a bonus a terrace with sea views.
