Vacation rentals with beach access in São Vicente

We had a great experience in this apartment, ideally located 1 min from the beach that can even be seen from the balcony. Many restaurants / bars are within walking distance of the residence and the historic center is only a 10min walk away. The port is also very close which is very convenient for an excursion to the island of Santo Antao. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped and decorated with great taste. Communication with Samuel and his team was very smooth, after a flight cancellation on site Samuel even struggled to find us a solution as quickly as possible! I thank him and 100% recommend this rental for a stay in Sao Vicente with peace of mind

Spacious and bright apartment, in line with the description. Well located for beach access and Mindelo center on foot. Convenience store across the street. Bruno is responsive and accommodating. To find the location of the accommodation, it is located at the corner of the street in front of a medical center and above a doctor's office.

Perfect place, fully matches the photos. Very well-equipped apartment. We had a small problem, Sabrina was very responsive to resolve it. Beach at the foot of the building. Very nice view of the mountains. Clara who gave us the keys, helped us organize excursions. PERFECT, at home.

Smooth communication and ideal location to visit!

Stayed 3 nice nights in this spacious apartment with extensive facilities and everything works well and is also clean. It is important that you speak Portuguese when you contact the lady who has the key and arranges check-in. And you have to ask in advance whether the neighbors are not busy with a renovation. We were woken up by the construction workers at 8am on our last morning. With these conditions highly recommended!

Very quiet and clean accommodation, great view. Two minutes' walk to the city center. We did not find it necessary to take a taxi to get out and back at night. Comfortable bed. Fatima is very responsive and accommodating. I recommend

This has to be one of my favourite accommodations of any country I have visited or lived in. I will list below the pros + cons I think others could benefit from. The location is very central, close to the ferry station, museums, markets, sights, and of course plenty of restaurants etc. The gelateria + restaurants in the same street have open till late, and the gelateria opens up early again if you would like to grab bread/pastries and good coffee. The evenings can be very entertaining, and there is a security guard to make sure it remains peaceful and safe. During our stay there was live music every evening; some performers were louder than others, but we got used to it. And, I believe, it never went beyond 10pm. Another thing to consider, in case someone has a problem climbing stairs, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, as described. The stairs are very ok though. Lastly, Alcione is super quick in responding! If I come back to Mindelo, I would love to stay here again!

This marks the second time I have over Bernard’s place, as always, it’s a great pleasure to be back in Mindelo, and the frictionless experience with Bernard is always fantastic.

Beautiful, modern apartment just outside the center, about 5 minutes walk to the city beach and about 10 minutes to the center. The apartment is furnished as new, clean and has everything you need for a successful vacation. Pleasant bed and shower with decent water pressure. Recommended! Deborah is an attentive host, communicating with her was very easy and quick.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We really enjoyed this place, quiet, authentic with great sea view. With small shared buses, Mindelo is 15 minutes away .

We stayed with Paulo and his wife in their house organized to host several people. Paulo was super reactive, he came to pick us up from the airport and gave us a tour of the city. The day we wanted to leave Mindelo, there was no minibus running so he also dropped us in the village we were staying next. In short he is really nice, helpful and very resourceful when it comes to local adresses!! His place is nice, simple and comfortable. The terrace is super cool and gives you a nice view over Mindelo! It’s 10min walk away from the city center and 30min from the beach where you can swim. Thank you so much for everything Paulo!

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. We found an idyllic accommodation, very modern, carefully decorated, large, clean and very well equipped. Isaura was abroad during our stay but she was in constant communication with us. She arranged for us a taxi for our arrival. Gave us some helpful tips. She shared her tips for outings, useful links for our next steps in Cape Verde. She was worried about our well-being every day. A big thank you to her for having us so well received and accompanied. You can go to her " without a second thought "!!!

I felt a part of the crew straight from the start with the airport pick up. Paulo and co, are so friendly and I loved they shared their lives experience with me and curious about mine. The flat is way bigger than pictures show. There are two balconies and the one with the view on the beach is just 5 star hotel view. It is located like 3min walk from Praia de Laginha which is one of the most beautiful coloured water have seen in my travels. They also offer many services (tours/airport/port/city transfers) which is a massive advantage. Thanks guys! You made my trip, a blast x
