The apartment is located in the center of Mindelo, in the building of Urgimed's medical clinic on the top floor with the advantage of having a private terrace with barbecue and Gazebo. The apartment is fully equipped (fridge, stove, microwave, etc.) and the rooms (3) are also fully equipped with 2 toilets. It is very well situated - in front of the Police Commuter and the President's House. There is a supermarket and butcher shop in front. It is a 5-minute walk from Laginha beach. The area is quiet.
