We spent New Year's Eve at the house and it was very good. The house is very spacious and has everything we need, pots, blender, freezer. Lots of green area and contact with nature, large pool and plenty of space around. The caretaker is helpful and helped with what was needed. It is a place a little far from the big cities, 30 minutes from Saquarema. The markets are a little more expensive because it is a small town. You can go by bus from RJ, but it is good to have a car to facilitate getting around the surroundings.

Wonderful stay. The house was very clean and smelling, very well-equipped, had everything we need and even more. The very comfortable rooms, impeccable living room and bathroom. The pool was clean and the barbecue was well equipped. We didn't miss anything, it looked like it was home. Maria Antônia always ready to help and left Eliane in the care of giving us the keys, a love of person, very nice, helpful and kind. Easily accessible condominium, bakery and supermarket 2 min drive from the condominium. We're already thinking about when we'll be back.

The house and beach are great. It is only 50 meters to the sea, everything works well and there is a lot of space in the indoor and outdoor area. We stayed at 14 people comfortably. All very good! Starting with the welcome of Eduardo!(homey ) Our Host was attentive, kind always ready to answer questions! The place is wonderful!! Very good for relaxing and enjoying with family!! Spacious both outside and internally! The only thing I missed was a microwave!! Everything else is great!!

Otimo local , worth all the investment. Condominio has the great recreational activities for the children, the house has an excellent fun space, with a swimming pool, barbecue, and a large living space. The rooms correspond to the height of the house , large with macaws to assist in the journey, the beds do not have a defect, only they were not comfortably to me because they are a little harsher than my usual. The surroundings that in fact is something to be considered , as the closest bakery unfortunately does not open early and the grocery store has no bread. There are other options outside the condominium that you will need to use the car to go to. The house is indeed a wonderful stay for those who need to relax and enjoy the days with their friends or family.
