Beachfront vacation rentals in Sarasota

Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

Everything was seamless and I would recommend to others.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Before our arrival Lysette texted us all the information we needed. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Helene we couldn't come. Lysette kept us updated on the current situation so we could decide whether its safe. Cancellation was easy and Lysette was very understanding.

Had a great stay. It was only a few houses away from the beach and had everything we needed.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

The stay at Steven’s went extremely well. He was very responsive regarding all inquiries we had. He also accommodated a late check out for us, as our plane was leaving later in the day. Everything in the listing was made available to us and the walk to the beach was extremely close.

Lovely home, well equipped, very comfortable and the beach is at the end of the street. Less than 10 mins walk.

There was four of us who went on this trip. We had a WONDERFUL TIME. We loved our condo and the location. We went e-bike riding, Kyacking, Boating, Jet Sking and Comedy Clubs. We had dinners galore! And everthing was so close to our condo. I would sugest this place to anyone! We had a blast! But more importantly, Dave took great care of us! He checked in on us to make sure we were okay. And even bought or group a bottle of Tiquilla! He was so nice. The condo was beautiful and has absolutely everything you could possibly need on a trip. We plan to stay there again in the future. I really cant say enough about this place. We had a great time.

This was an amazing house and location. Many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Island trolley was fun when you didn’t want to drive. Would love to come back again!

My husband and I have stayed in AMI three times in the last four years, but wanted to find a less crowded area like LBK…we did! The heated pool, the view of the Gulf, a beautiful beach and a refreshing and well maintained condo! We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect just a couple blocks from beach and many shops and restaurants. All rooms were good size and having their own bathrooms was great. We had 5 couples and everyone having a king bed with own bathroom was great! Would definitely stay again! Host was very responsive and helpful for any needs

This property exceeded all of our expectations! The location is unbeatable—right on the water with breathtaking views and just steps away from the beach. The home itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The hosts were communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet stunning beachfront retreat, this is the place to be.

The Turquoise Gem was immaculate & was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable & the furnishings were nicely appointed. The owner had plenty of beach towels, 2 beach chairs, & a wagon to take to the beach which was across the street. We also had a cute patio to enjoy the outdoors. The location was very convenient to walking to restaurants & shops, plus we could park directly in front of our unit.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

This house was perfect for our family and our needs. Loved having the main living area on the 2nd floor so we could enjoy the view of the water even when the weather wasn’t great (late Dec/early Jan). The hot tub was awesome and got a ton of use! The hurricane really had a huge impact on the area, so when we were there there was a lot of construction and desolation around, but this house was rehabbed beautifully. The outdoor shower was really cool and the beds were super comfy. We had everything we needed! Quick notes: No dishwasher so we also used paper plates sometimes but they do have plenty of dishes; Because of the storm, some of the local restaurants are still closed. It’s a very residential area, which we loved. Overall we didn’t really mind because it truly excused us to do nothing but chill. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable if you don’t want to walk the beach.

Rick and his wife were great hosts who could not have been more responsive or accommodating. They have clearly put a lot of TLC and thought into the place. There are several picturesque places to sit and relax (in sun or shade) and enjoy the warm gulf breezes. We enjoyed our coffee each morning in chairs looking over the Gulf. Two chase lounges were also provided along with a beach bag, towels & umbrella. The water is viewable from right outside the villa and the beach is a simple, scenic walk on a brick pathway. We left with a number of shark teeth that we found on our beach walks. While the hurricane last fall took some of the lush landscaping, there is still plenty to enjoy. The villa provides a private, romantic getaway with too many amenities to note. We would recommend Dearborn Street for coffee, quaint shops and an amazing farmers market (Thurs - Sun). Also, the Dockside Waterfront Grill and Pop's Sunset Grill were very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to return!

My family and I had a great time in this home. The grounds were stunning and the home was spotless. The beach was secluded and we appreciated the serenity from the crowds. very short walk to the beach, very manageable for my elderly parents. the home also has multiple water hose access points to rinse off and felt so nice to get all the sand and salt off before entering the home. Nice large kitchen to cook in, huge dining room table and plenty of seating in the living room and outside for our group of 5. bedrooms were HUGE for a beachside home- very comfortable for all. would advise water shoes for the beach. we loved the natural florida coast and unmanicured seaside which allowed us to find over 300 sharks teeth and a seahorse during our walks. would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to escape the crowds of most beaches while still just 10 mins away from the closest publix. Great vacation.

Very cute neighborhood steps from the beach. Short walk to Broken Board a great outside restaurant and a bird sanctuary along the way and ice cream on the way home. It’s a short drive to Madeira Beach which has shops and restaurants.Cyndi has the house well equipped with everything you need and is decorated all so well in beach decor. Definitely recommend Cyndi’s house for a vacation.
