Misty Isle Acres

Our homestead, Misty Isle Acres, is our little imperfect oasis, nestled within the beautiful Helderberg hilltowns of Albany county. Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. There is an enclosed porch and deck, complete with tables, chairs, and grill. We also have a large pond and woods to explore. Please note, this is a working homestead; the grass isn't always mowed and sometimes there are animal smells.

Less than a 5 minute walk to all the best of Saratoga's restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. walking distance to the track, two blocks to downtown, museums, shopping, parks, and movies. Trolley and bus goright past the house to SPAC, golf, Racino, etc. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pet $15/night with prior approval, ). Fantastic weekend spot! Ripley's Point cottage of Cleverdale, east side of Lake George, ideally for two people, not suitable for groups or parties. A simple and cozy (yes it's small!) retreat to recharge and escape the hub bub of everyday life. Dock use includes swimming area, kayaks, canoe and dock furniture. No dock space available for guest boats. Local country store & post office available. 1 hr from Albany. 45 mins from Saratoga, 15 mins from Lake George Village. Hiking & biking trails nearby.

Saratoga Escape

Our house is one mile from downtown Saratoga. Our first floor is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all open with high ceilings. The living room opens to a screened in porch overlooking our backyard and pond area. On the back deck we have a five person hot tub. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and a ceiling fan. The owner of this house is an art teacher and his artwork and craftsmanship give character to our house.
