Studio apartment in a subdivided flat, consisting of a double room with private bathroom no kitchen, only tourist rental. View on church and sea, table on balcony, fridge, kettle, coffee machine. It is a drought year, water may lack for your stay, you would have to cancel the reservation then. Bathroom renewed in 2017. Summer is vital, parking in front, events and festivals, cafés around and musical events until night, ear plugs recommended. Parking difficult in summer, easier in 100 meters.

Villa Celeste, privacy sport and relaxation. Built in 1960, is an exclusive villa in Cagliari just 5 minutes drive from the city center. It is very private, by the sea, with direct access to the Cala Bernat beach, passing through the rocks. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
