Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sardis Lake

Vance was a great host and the house was lovely. My favorite part was the back porch which was so peaceful with the large trees and birds chirping. Vance was very responsive and accommodating/flexible. Highly recommend!

Being a dementia caregiver in a multigenerational home is exhausting. One day, after tears and overwhelm, we booked this place—not realizing we didn’t just need a break, we needed this one. The cottage was peaceful and beautiful, as everyone here has stated, but the animals? They restored my soul. The morning after a big storm, I woke to a rooster call—after 9 a.m., bless him. Rain was gently falling, birds swooped the porch, and guinea fowl lined the fence waiting for the goats to finish their breakfast. The coop was open, inviting us to collect fresh eggs. It felt like permission to breathe. The goats were affectionate and gentle, leaning in for cheek pets. A broody duck let me chat to her. On our last day, cows arrived, and one nodded at me like Robert Redford in that meme. This cottage is magical. We left softer, steadier. A week would’ve been perfect, but even a few days reminded us of the peace we’ve been missing. We hope to return many times for a near vacation.

One of the best airbnbs we have stayed in. Very comfortable beds, great location and well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and flexible with checkin and out! Would 100% stay again!

We came to Enid for a football game and left loving this beautiful area and host couple. Jack and Barbara are amazing... like coming to your aunt and uncle house in the country. Barbara was so very sweet and accommodating. She recommended the two local restaurants, and let me tell you... TAKE THE RECOMMENDATION!! (Get the catfish, get the prime rib.) I'm telling you, this was like going home to my own parents place. If you like country, if you like peace and quiet, going to sleep with crickets calling and waking up with birds singing, holding a cup of fresh perked coffee, and morning Mississippi mist rising... this place is for you. Thank you again Jack and Ms. Barbara for a wonderful weekend! We had a lovely time!

INCREDIBLE STAY!!! We have stayed in many Air BnBs and Courntey's is a TOP FAVORITE!! Immaculate, beautiful and peaceful interior, gorgeous natural lighting, plenty of space, the most peaceful backyard, everything you could need and more. Short drive to The Square, Kroger and Campus. We truly loved every minute we were there and did not want to leave. Beds are even amazing! Seriously, look no further this is the best you will find in OX!!

Annette and her family were amazing hosts and the property was awesome! Got to attend one of the blues concerts Sunday evening and it was so much fun! I highly recommend staying at this property.

Ellie provided clear and concise instructions for check in/out. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and parking was right out front.
