Charming apartment in idyllic Old Town.

The Old Town in Fredrikstad is Northern Europe's best preserved fortress city.The Old Town with its well preserved fortress from the 1660s and well preserved buildings makes the Old Town a unique gem. It is a vibrant city where new meets old and old traditions meet new. This apartment was completely renovated in 2021, but the courtyard itself dates back to 1831. kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a separate entrance from a cozy backyard, where there are some seating areas available.

Historic City Villa

In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central in Sarpsborg with 2 minutes walk to the pedestrian street in the center. The house is sheltered and peaceful, with no disturbing traffic noise. Take advantage of the superbly prepared garden with stone benches and garden table and your own barbecue. In the fall you can pick apples of the three big apple trees - totally free of course! The house is newly renovated in 2023 and consists of 3 floors. Welcome to Sarpsborg! :)

House with charm and rural idyll

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

The house is located in the heart of Sarpsborg, Kurland/Centrum. 4 min walk to the city center and 4 min walk to the famous "bryggesti". Large and clean house with big balcony and sun all day long. Safe for children: Quiet area in the end of a quiet road. The entire garden is fenced in. Large area with grass, water hose, trampoline, vehicles, slide, basketball hoop, building blocks, etc. Beautiful view. Parking: two cars outside. Washing room in basement (available > 3 nights)

Cozy seaside home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Huset ligger ved idylliske Skjærviken i Fredrikstad, med nærhet til sjø og byliv. Buss går sentralt like ved huset og svenske grensen er en liten kjøre tur unna. Vispen ligger rett ved, en populær badestrand med kiosk, utleie av kano/kajakk og diverse. Det er sjøutsikt med veranda og hyggelige naboer rundt huset. Stor plen og hage for et slag kubbspill.

It is next to school, shops and transportation. You are only 10 minutes from the city. Close to the house you have many good hiking areas. The house is also dog friendly. You can safely leave the dog out in the garden. The yard is surrounded with fence.

Big house in central Fredrikstad w/garden

Koselig og stort hus nært til Fredrikstad sentrum og skogen (Fredrikstadmarka). Også gangavstand til togstasjonen (20-25 minutt). Alt er nylig pusset opp og holder god standard. To store stuer, nytt bad, to soverom og stor veranda og hage følger i leien. Man kan parkere bilen utenfor. Stemningsfullt og hyggelig hus.

Great modern house along the river!

The house is located on the river in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a small traffic in the area with decent arrival and parking. The glass path is "right" for the door. Short distance to commercial area and Fredrikstad/Sarpsborg city center, as well as to the E6 for those who rely on commuting.
