Waterfront vacation rentals in Sassnitz

All beautiful, the surroundings and the apartment. Very quiet. It's a bit early to have to move out of ten, but is also ok, it works. It would be good that it would be two keys.

Great, modern apartment, as seen in the photos. Great amenities, very good and quiet location. Covered bicycle parking. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment we liked very much. We booked the parking space in the underground garage, highly recommended. Bicycle parking available. The apartment is located on the ground floor directly overlooking the ocean and lake promenade. Renting a beach chair is certainly also recommended during high season.

At one point in the wall, to the left of the bed hangs an enclosed box, you can hear all the noise of the neighbor. And probably the other way around, as if there was a hole in the wall

The apartment is very nice and spacious and has a great central location.

Exactly the escape from the big city we were hoping for. Top location, yet quiet and not too touristy. The amenities in the apartment are upscale, which has also been a reason for our booking. Interior design and aesthetics loving people will be happy here. Inquiries were answered quickly and easily. Parking is expensive (everywhere) but this is in debt to the location. We will be very happy to come back :-)

Petra & Gerd are very pleasing hosts. The communication was great. The apartment is expediently furnished. Perfect for people who travel a lot and are looking for a cheap night. It impresses with a great location; located directly on the Sassnitz harbor. 15 min walk to the train station. Rewe and Netto are in the immediate vicinity and also a bus stop is right in front of the house. I will be happy to come back.

The place was the same for me as a home, everything was prepared as discussed and the place seemed even bigger and nicer than in the pictures and thus far exceeded my expectations in the positive way! As a solo traveler, I also felt safe in the surrounding area late at night. The apartment has a phenomenal location on the harbor, which pleased me very much every day and my dog Happy was welcomed very warmly, with her own dog bowl. As mentioned, the apartment is spotless and simply a feel-good place, from the large kitchen to the bright bathroom with large bathtub. The surroundings were very quiet and you could choose between nature and restaurants, beach 15 minutes away and 8 km further the amber spa. I look forward to next time !!!

Very quiet accommodation. Very modern furnishings and everything necessary is available. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful, quiet time. The house is very homely and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There's nothing missing. The view is magnificent and in the evening at sunset you have the small beach nearby really to yourself.

1A experience - Micha is super easy to reach, and the house is a real dream. Our family of 9 had a fantastic few days. The house is really ideal - large, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of space around the large dining table, wonderful living room. And when the weather is nice, the terrace with views of the countryside and the water is unbeaten! Bedrooms were large, clean, and everyone had their peace (no noises such as toilet) Looking forward to the next time!

We had a great long weekend in Trent. We were 4 adults and 1 toddler and the house is super designed for it. Lots of children's equipment (bed, high chair, toilet seat, stool, cup, dishes, cutlery and much more) and in winter the underfloor heating is particularly great. We also enjoyed the sauna and fireplace. The sea is 5 minutes away and for our activities we had to drive 45 minutes. The only thing that maybe didn't work so well for us was that it's very bright and our child gets up very early. Then everyone was up early. But the house is beautifully and lovingly furnished, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms great. Highly recommend!

We totally liked the stay in the accommodation in Mönchgut, everything was very very clean and tidy, the kitchen was just as well equipped. The host Uwe was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again this year.

We really enjoyed staying at Ricky's place. The house was perfectly equipped for 2 to 3 people. The kitchen was perfectly equipped even if you forgot something, filter bags,coffee, sugar or salt, everything was available. From the living room and bedroom window, you have a beautiful view of the Bodden. The bathroom was big enough and very clean. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

The contact with Heike was very good, straightforward and accommodating. Responses to inquiries came quickly. She went out of her way to fulfill special concerns, so there was even a stirrer waiting for us upon arrival so that I could bake my rolls. :-) The house is on a beautiful natural property and is very nicely renovated, you can see the attention to detail. The decor offers everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook more elaborate dishes. The location and the view of the Bodden are unique. Especially from the upper living room you have a fantastic view of the water, the sunset and later the starry sky. The cozy armchairs and the great place in the windowsill make you forget the time, this is pure relaxation! We slept very well, the mattresses were comfortable and from the upper bedrooms you can also look out of bed into the sky. We felt very comfortable!

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high-quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entrance to the ahoi Therme was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karl's strawberry farm, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and went out of her way to help with any questions. We will be back soon, thank you!

There were three of us, apartment was wonderful in size. Amenities completely fine! Everything you need. Very quiet with private parking. Everything in Peenemünde is within walking distance from here. Communication great!

The decor was not only very pretty but also very functional. Everything available!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It becomes clear that the maintenance and cleanliness of the accommodation are of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and otherwise everything you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. The train station is also less than a 10-minute walk away and the bus runs in front of the house. There are shops in Ahlbeck - you can get here by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment thus proved to be an ideal starting point for our activities. In the apartment, there is also a box available, with all kinds of information and programs, to suggest leisure activities. If we have any questions or “special requests,” the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a lovely 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't lack anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and by car it is not far to the shopping. The Karls Erdbeerhof is only 4 minutes away, we didn't know before arrival and were there twice:D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair out of season unfortunately not yet there (which was already communicated to us before). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next Usedom visit:D

The apartment is practical and nicely furnished. It is very quiet and you have a good starting position for things to do.

We had a very nice week for two in the apartment 3, located directly on the dyke to the Bodden behind. The dyke can be reached on foot in a few minutes' walk to the village of Zingst. The apartment is very cozy, clean and corresponds to the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and you can park directly on the property in a carport. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and will definitely be back.
