We offer our comfortable 25 m² guest room, with completely independent access, a living room with 140 bed, a dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a well-equipped kitchenette. You have access to a large terrace, which overlooks the garden and pool. Our house is located in the heart of the wine castles of Leognan, while being 20 minutes from the center of Bordeaux and 45 minutes from Arcachon. Linens provided and breakfast kit!

Holiday spirit suite with on the ground floor a living room hosting a sofa bed serving as a second bed, TV, Wi-Fi and a small separate kitchen (tabletop fridge, an induction cooktop, combined oven (microwave and oven), toaster, kettle, Tassimo. The upper floor has a 140 x 190 bed and a separate shower room with toilet. Car and preferred means of travel. Pets not allowed.

This functional, quiet and comfortable accommodation is located in the back of our house adjoining another apartment. Everything can be reached on foot: bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, supermarket. Ideally located between Bordeaux (20-25 minutes) and the Arcachon basin (40 minutes), it is also 5 minutes from the Pessac-Léognan vineyards.
