Accommodation in all respects compliant and close to everyone, ideal when like me you are a little chilly to hit the road in an unknown area. We all walked (20min for the furthest point) We'll be happy to go back.

The apartment is in a very quiet residence and secured by a gate. Everything was very clean and tidy, with bath and bed linen provided. Sophie was flexible about our arrival time and was very kind. My wife was able to use the wifi for remote work. A basket for our dog had even been prepared! We recommend this listing and will happily come back 😊

very nice rental , well located to do all the tourist sites of the island. the most the beach 20m away , the parking space, and the location is very secure...I highly recommend this rental, if I have to come back to the island I keep this address and Bruno is very responsive!!!

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Marie was incredibly helpful and very quick to respond. Great local recomendations and her English is perfect! We appreicated the gifts of wine, juice and charcoal for the BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped and beds cofortable. The bath has a shower attachment but not a wall mounted shower unfortunately. We liked that the sleeping area was away from the living area and there was parking right in front of the house. The local beach is clean with toilets. We walked or took scooters with the children. If you have a lot of things to take, you can park for free on the sea front. Marie's recomendation of the bakery near the church in St George de Didonne was excellent.

ideally located cottage, 100 meters from Platin beach, and with direct access to the bike path along the coast. Perfectly equipped for a couple, with an excellent bedding bedroom and spacious bathroom. a big thank you to Eric for hosting us.

The accommodation is perfect. Right in the center and in the immediate vicinity of shops, beaches and activities. We felt very good there. It is well decorated, pleasant and functional. Barbara is a friendly and available host.

Last-minute weekend to soak up the November sun! Off season so for the Euronat center, no on-site trade but no extra fees, and the beach just for us! The site is really well wooded and each house scattered in the pine forest so we avoid the impression "seaside resort with closed shutters". The space itself is in a house divided into 4 studios, with assigned parking, functional and consistent with the photos. The owners are friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Accommodation as described, Johnny and Melissa really thought of everything to allow a week or a relaxing stay with comfort. Comfortable bed, with the Spa that adds an addition to the accommodation. In a quiet and well-located location, close to all shops and tourist places. We would highly recommend for a couple! Thank you.

We spent 3 nights at Lilian's place. It is conveniently located in Royan (sea, restaurants and supermarkets nearby). Lilian was very accommodating on our arrival and departure times. We would recommend it.

hello the accommodation very clean and compliant. very good for the washing machine essential. Annie is always attentive to us. but on the other hand a shame for the covered pool if I had known it before I don't think I would have come because with children was not easy to occupy them this season. because everything is closed except the Palmyra Zoo and La Rochelle Aquarium. otherwise area surely very pleasant in another season. for the location a little too tight. it rather gives a mobile home chain, it seems less friendly to me in the middle of the season. too impersonal for me. but I recognize for what loves there is everything on site for young and old. good luck . Our hosts are very friendly, the place was impeccable! Clean, tidy, and big enough for us and our two daughters. The proximity to the city center and all restaurants and shops is clearly a plus for a vacation or a quiet stopover. The neighborhood is quiet. Our stay in Saintes went in good conditions. very good accommodation! I recommend it!!
