Accommodation in all respects compliant and close to everything, ideal when like me you're a little nervous about taking the road in an unknown area. We did everything on foot (20 min to the farthest point) We'll be happy to go back.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

We had a pleasant stay with our children in this rental which has everything to please,the location and especially this real sea view. The place was clean when we arrived and it is very spacious. We hope to return someday!

Clean accommodation, consistent with the photos and very well-equipped. Parking is very easy and you will be close to the city center and all amenities. I would definitely recommend it!

The accommodation is well located, close to the beach. It is ideal for a couple. It is well laid out, nicely decorated, quiet. There is a beautiful garden reserved for us with lounge furniture and a ping pong table. We were warmly welcomed.

Last-minute weekend to soak up the November sun! Off season so for the Euronat center, no on-site trade but no extra fees, and the beach just for us! The site is really well wooded and each house scattered in the pine forest so we avoid the impression "seaside resort with closed shutters". The space itself is in a house divided into 4 studios, with assigned parking, functional and consistent with the photos. The owners are friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful place 10-15 minutes from the sea and its activities. Peaceful; quiet; a real cocoon. One way street but you can park. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen Top-notch bathrooms The hot tub on the veranda ensures you enjoy as much as you can. Excellent!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with the family in Les Pargaux. The space is designed to instantly feel at home: functional kitchen, neat decoration and impeccable cleanliness. The garden is a haven of peace. The pool and hot tub perfect for relaxing. Nearby court 🎾 is 👌 The location is simply ideal, between the vineyards and the ocean, perfect for beautiful bike rides or to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Medoc. The presence of Naïa, the sweet dog, brought a nice touch of warmth to our stay, especially for our son who loved her! Our hosts were extremely thoughtful and discreet. Their welcome, punctuated by delicate attention from the moment we arrive, shows a true passion for the place and the well-being of guests. In summary: an unforgettable and refreshing stay. Our hosts are very friendly, the place was spotless! Clean, tidy and big enough for us and our two daughters. The proximity to the city center and all the restaurants and shops is clearly a plus for a vacation or a quiet stopover. The neighborhood is quiet. Our stay in Saintes took place in good conditions. Very good accommodation! Recommended!!

Romi is very welcoming, friendly and available. He also helped us with a mishap with our car. The place is beautiful and cozy. We were lucky enough to have the property an evening and a day without the other 3 properties being occupied. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place!
