Bright and recently renovated for better comfort, it is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Ideal for visiting Avignon, you will be located less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Palais des Papes and the Pont d 'Avignon and 10 minutes walking distance from the central train station.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The 70 m2 apartment with a ceiling height of 5 m is air-conditioned and has 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90 that can be combined into a bed of 180). The large living room with its open kitchen has a sofa bed with bed base and mattress (comfort of a bed).

Our accommodation, very clean, air-conditioned and quiet, is brand new on the ground floor of an old building. The interior is cozy with exposed stones and wood: entrance, main room, small bedroom with queen-size bed, overlooking the bathroom and inner courtyard, small garden overlooking the fields. Free parking in front. Pets allowed. Independent 45 m² cottage (No one around or above). 20 min from Avignon, 10 min from Marcoule. Self check-in and self check-out.

The house overlooks the Ventoux, The house is self-contained but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 extra beds. The swimming pool (open from June 1st to the end of September) is under the village 5 min walk with a beautiful view.
