Apartment in unique place

This new apartment is in a prime location in Savines-le-Lac. There is a beautiful unobstructed view of the lake and the mountains. The apartment is located near the Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Swimming can be done in the lake and many water sports can be practiced. In addition, there are beautiful hiking trails in the area, nice places and there are attractions. The winter sports resorts of Reallon and Les Orres are a short distance away. The place and the surroundings give a wonderful holiday feeling!

Nice apartment on one level, classified 3 stars, totally independent in a villa in Savines le Lac. Ideally located in the heart of the village, offers all the amenities: a 5-minute walk to shops/restaurants, Serre-Ponçon lake, water activities, departures of hiking trails from the Morgon forest. Ideal place to spend a stay in the heart of nature with many activities to discover in the surroundings (pedestrians, equestrians, water sports, swimming, cycling...)

Apartment with terrace with stunning views of the lake and mountains. 5 min walk to the beach and close to 2 ski resorts. Winter and summer, you will enjoy various activities (water sports, Nordic sports, mountain biking, hiking) Close to restaurants, market, shops... Quiet residence with private parking, forest, petanque court and barbecue. We leave at your disposal a private storage room. Linens not provided. The cleaning will be entirely up to you.

Very bright 35 m2 2-room apartment, refurbished on the ground floor in a quiet and secure residence. South-facing terrace and garden of 30 m2 with lake and mountain views. Possibility to park your car in the building. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10-minute walk to Embrun lake, a 5-minute drive to the city center, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.
