A unique, cosy apartment set in a quiet location just 15 minute walk from the popular town of Bawtry. This is newly renovated and has its own entrance, outside patio area and hot tub. There’s under floor heating throughout, ensuring it’s always cosy and a brand new shower in the bathroom. The main room has a sofa bed, with a memory foam topper to ensure a good nights sleep, seating and TV mounted on the wall. There’s WI-FI and two great pubs a five minute walk away. It’s an attached property.

We hope that you will enjoy your stay in this unique cottage with stunning views and spacious layout for 2. Holly cottage has under floor heating throughout which is powered by a ground source heat pump ,hence no carbon monoxide alarm is required. Holly Cottage was built in 2015 but our main house was built in the 1880s. We feel the character of the cottage compliments the main house. Gringley is a fabulous place to walk and explore, the pub is only 300 yards away.

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.

Lovely cosy bungalow in popular village close to Retford. Private garden, drive with parking for three vehicles. Two large bedrooms and a third room with large double sofa bed and french doors that open onto the garden. The sofa bed is recommended for occasional use only to accommodate two further guests.
