The newly renovated rooms extend over 21 square metres and consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a private bathroom with a rain shower. The rooms include a small work area or workbench, perfect for working remotely. The rooms can accommodate up to 2 people. Please note that the shower is located in the room, not in a separate bathroom. Please note that all of our rooms have showers with glass doors that are not opaque.

Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 Zimmer auf 43 qm Wohnfläche und damit viel Platz für 2 Personen. Außerdem gibt es einen überdachten Parkplatz Höhe ca. 2,30m mit Schranke direkt auf dem Grundstück.

Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes ranging from 32 to 246 square metres. All flats are flooded with light thanks to the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows.
