The spacious apartment is located on a beautiful, idyllic mountain farm-far away from stress and hectic. The private sun terrace is inviting for relaxing and sniffing the mountain air. In summer our apartment is the perfect starting point for wonderful hiking and cycling tours, in winter for ski tours. A few steps from the house is the bus stop for the free public bus. The center and the valley stations of the cable cars are about 3.5 km away-it can be easily reached by public bus or car.

Gehe auf Tuchfühlung mit dem Künstler Etienne, der im Erdgeschoß des Ateliers malt. Die Aussicht auf die malerische Bergkulisse ist berauschend. Von der Terrasse auf der Ostseite, kannst du beim Frühstück die Morgensonne genießen und hast einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Garten mit Teich und Grillplatz.

The holiday apartment Mountain Suite No°103 with step-free access and interior is located in Großarl and offers direct access to the ski slopes. The 82 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet, accommodating up to 7 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. There is also a shared sauna on the property. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
