The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Haus Rosenberg in the vineyard with garden & view

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

Our 50 m² apartment is located in the basement and offers ample space for 2 people. The apartment has a separate entrance, a living room with kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as central heating everywhere. From the apartment you can directly access the sunny southwest terrace with garden furniture. A private parking space is reserved for you. A storage space for bicycles is available. No pets allowed.

Our house is located in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-growing region. Discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, and Luxembourg from here. Parking and garage space for bicycles and motorcycles are provided.

We cordially invite you to our quiet and spacious apartment. It is for 3 (max. 4) Guests equipped with two bedrooms, a dressing room, two bathrooms, kitchen, adjacent dining room, living room, a hallway and the large balcony. In addition, you use your own terrace with an adjoining garden, which is exclusively reserved for you. You can walk to the enchanting Saar including the adjacent natural landscape in a few minutes.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space. The apartment offers room for up to 4 people through a sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a cozy double bed as well as a smart TV. The apartment also features free WiFi. In the kitchen there is a small equipment for cooking and in the wine fridge there is a small selection of our own wines. In the spacious bathroom there are two sinks as well as a shower.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
