The completely newly furnished property is located in the currently emerging district "Am Papierbach" central location of Landsberg, directly on the Lech with its parks. (am Papierbach-landsberg.de) Via the Lady-Herkomer jetty you can reach the old town of Landsberg in a few minutes. The island pool is also directly located and various train and bus connections are within walking distance. From Landsberg you can quickly reach Munich, Augsburg and Lake Ammersee.

A wardrobe and sleeping facilities with a large box-spring bed are just as much part of the furnishings as a pull-out sofa. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

There are numerous attractions nearby, including the famous Wessobrunn Monastery, Lake Ammersee and the historic old town of Landsberg am Lech. For mountain and winter sports enthusiasts, the Bavarian Alps are also within easy reach.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
