what a great stay we had! beautiful location, evidently nice and safe neighborhood, with plenty of walkable bus stops, metro stops, and restaurants. The road outside is relatively quiet and peaceful at night and in the mornings considering the centrality of the location. super responsive chat, and the free access to private lockers in the building, which are available before check in and after check-out quite spared us an incredible amount hassle. Self check-in was super easy, the room has everything you would need including travel adapters, hair dryer, and a bed that is more comfortable than it should be given the price. If you want to visit Munich, the only reason I can give for NOT staying here is if you just love to waste money.

Chrystie's small apartment is very friendly and well located for a person like me: Two trams + two metro stations nearby. Chrystie is very kind to leave us coffee, beer, water, cookies. Its balcony on a beautiful inner courtyard is very pleasant. Great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay here! Jan and Tania were responsive, friendly, and welcoming. The area is quiet, safe, and peaceful in Schwabing surrounded by restaurants and close to the U-Bahn for quick access by subway to Munich city center. The apartment was comfortable and clean upon arrival and I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Munich!

I enjoyed staying here. It's on a nice side street that's close to many restaurants and public transit. The complementary gym admission is a nice perk. The apartment itself was very clean and well-organized.
