Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. You will live in a very quiet location in a very cozy and clean room. You live alone. You can sit comfortably outside in the evening and drink a glass of wine. In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are available. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bicycle

Feel reborn when staying in this rustic gem. The completely newly renovated small house is just right if you are looking for a suitable place to stay in a quiet area very close to the airport. I lovingly completely renovated the house so that my guests feel comfortable in the house. You have your own entrance and can use everything that is available there. In case something is missing, I live in the next house and can always help.
