For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT, there is €100 FINAL CLEANING and that the tourist tax of Euro 2.60 per adult. (children up to the age of 15 free) must be paid directly on site in cash. The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The flat has a bedroom (brand new beds and mattresses), bathroom, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. You have your own entrance and a carport parking space. As the flat is close to the wood, you can go for lovely walks in the forest nearby.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing.
