This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... The house has direct water access. The water invites you to swim and relax and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Two of the cleanest and clearest lakes in Brandenburg, Kalksee and Stienitzsee, are each located in the surrounding area. Shopping, restaurants and public transport are within walking distance. Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Former artist's house near Berlin: Our house with a large garden,was preserved in the early 30s (URL HIDDEN) almost in its original state and exudes a bright and warm atmosphere through the use of ecological building materials and colors. The furnishings are basic and personal. A few minutes' walk from the house is our lake with 2 very nice swimming spots. The Spreewald Biosphere Reserve,the Schlaubetal and Berlin are about 1 hour away.

Here everything is far away and there are animals (mosquito, wasp, fox, etc.) It's nature, so there are leaves and pollen. Rest, relaxation and nature.
