Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Schwyz District

We (3 girlfriends) had a wonderful stay. In addition to focusing on working (thanks to Wi-Fi), you could ventilate your head with the beautiful view and small hikes. Cooking and heating with wood was homely. We enjoyed it.

Unforgettable days in the mountains! We took our time at this beautiful Airbnb home to explore nature and have lots of adventures. We took hikes to the surrounding peaks and enjoyed the breathtaking views. The space was perfect for our needs and the landlord gave us many useful tips for our activities. We highly recommend this home and the region! 5 stars and more!

We loved the vacation home as a family! Everything was very neat and very clean, we lacked nothing in amenities! We felt right at home. Surroundings is quiet, the location fantastic. Public transport and parking are available in the immediate vicinity. Gastronomy as well. Communication with Jaqueline was excellent all the time. We can recommend the apartment unconditionally. For future stays in the region, we would book here again! Many thanks to the great hostess!

We had two great weeks at "Trückli". The location is ingenious, very quiet with beautiful views over the lake, only 30m to the water entry and with many opportunities for hiking and biking. Corina is a likeable and very attentive host and is very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Sonja and Marcel‘s place is from your Swiss dreams. The cosiest Airbnb we have ever been to. Our stay was blessed with great weather and 0 tourists so we had the best one week of our lives. Moreover, Sonja and Marcel have designed a beautiful Airbnb with plenty of space both in and outside. Perfect for a family with pets. The drive to the place is fun as well. Highly recommended. We would surely come back if we can

We celebrated the 60th birthday of our family head on a small scale as a family trip. The house is very nicely located and is wonderful for a few days vacation. The house offers everything you could ask for.

The stay was so lovely . Thank you Patrizia and Family for hosting us and such a lovely stay 😍 we stayed with two young children - 2.5 yo and 5.5 yo and it was so lovely . The room with toys and games is amazing. Early mornings and late afternoons we could have some time for coffee and relaxing while girls were playing . There are books, drawing pens , games and some more ! Kitchen is equipped with useful utilities , nice dishwasher and the best coffee machine - Patrizia has left a bag of coffee beans too for us to enjoy! ( I can not stand instant coffee so this was just the best ) . Every room is clean and nicely decorated , even some Easter theme deco was implemented , which was lovely . Girls were so happy to spend some time with Patrizia’s boys and the animals. 😍 thank you for everything, lovely place and a warm and kind energy from the family hosting ❤️ would definitely come back 🙂

We just spent our third stay in Séverine and Fabien's house, and we don't get tired of his exceptional view of the lake and mountains. The layout is also very comfortable, in good weather and in bad weather, and the surrounding area offers various activities that are all more fantastic than each other (mountain walks, swimming in the lake, music festival in Lucerne in August...Paradise...). Thank you also to our hosts for their extreme availability, their responsiveness, and their flexibility on the times of arrival and departure. This stay has been, like the previous ones, an enchantment that we hope to be able to renew in the coming months or next year.

Very nice and cozy place for family trip.

It was a room more amazing than in the photos. The size and cleanliness of the room, especially the view, were beautiful. We were able to see fireworks and a rainbow from the lake. The children were overjoyed. Rahel-san kindly informed us about places that would make the children happy and local information. It was truly a wonderful stay, and we would like to visit again next year. Thank you very much.

Martin welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything to us in detail. Also gave tips for excursions in the area. The apartment was as shown in the photos and as described. The little one also found the area around the house great for snowball fights, romping around or just playing in the snow. We lacked nothing! Everything we needed was available and the lockable garage was also a plus. Thank you for the wonderful week we were able to spend with you.

What a beautiful place. Made our trip to Switzerland extra special . The owner came and helped us get in & explained the rules, food options etc - which added a personal touch. It was so centrally location - easy to explore Lucerne , Gstaad, Zurich & interlaken. Some nice walking trails around . Highly recommend this place !

The apartment was very comfortable. Highlights: stunning views of the Swiss mountains, and a high quality pizza oven. The hosts were friendly and attentive. I Would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a great location, very quiet and beautiful. The view is fantastic and it's just a few minutes walk to SwissHoliday Park. Super equipped and very clean. The hosts were very warm and helpful, even toys for the kids they brought us. We'd love to come back!

We had a great stay at Rudolf's place. The view was amazing, and the house was very well equipped. We especially enjoyed using the grill and the chimney—it added a lot to our experience. Although there is a bit of a walk from the parking area to the house, it’s not too challenging and definitely shouldn't be a reason to miss out on this beautiful spot. Rudolf was a fantastic host—very communicative, full of great suggestions, and always supportive. Highly recommended!

Ray's has an amazing special hostel and it's truly great to stay here! I stayed for only one night, but when I came in, I was instantly greeted and given a tour of the house which is very luxurious! It was great meeting the other people staying there and the view in the morning is truly amazing! I will definitely come back next time I stay in Switzerland!

Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.

Barbara was extremely responsive and although away she continued to be very responsive!!! Her home was perfect for 4 children and 4 adults, we are from the US, we stayed for a week. Barbara provided lots of recommendations including Glacier 3000 which was so much fun for the kids, snow to build a snowman and have snowball fights in August!!! The pool and trampoline were the kids favorite for when we returned home after a day of exploring. Walk to play ground and lake, a couple of great restaurants a quick walk from the home, the views of the lake which is right by the home and mountains was spectacular!! Lots of amenities in the home and very comfortable, from the beds, to the furniture, etc. Barbara made us feel right at home. Thank You 😊

A wonderful place, with open people ! Simple equipement, but perfekt and clean. Possibility to change towels really cool ! The triangle bed is written small, but it was perfekt for two people (a big man and a short woman :)) Our host was really amical, nice, open and chill, sometimes a sweet dreamer, but just ask a second time if something is forgotten and there is no problem ;) A really wonderful week-end, thank you for the stay !! :D Stéphane + Jessica

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was very friendly, perfect for travelers who enjoy meeting new people. The location was truly special — peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. It was the perfect place to unwind. I really wish I could have stayed longer!
