Brandi's home is a real find. The beds were comfortable. The living room and dining room were tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals during my stay. The laundry facilities in the basement were also very handy. Also, having private parking next to the house was a big plus when checking in and out. The only thing that I would say needs to be noted is that although I had no trouble with it, the clawfoot bathtub may present a problem for anyone with mobility or balance issues. I enjoyed taking a couple of baths in it, so it was good for me.

Such a sweet place to stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable night's stay (or longer). Very walkable neighborhood.

I had such an amazing second stay at this location! The interior is cozy, and full of charm. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, and it had all the amenities I needed (and then some). the hosts have great communication and its much appreciated. The location was another huge plus—tucked in a great spot near tons of restaurants, bars, and fun things to do. Whether I wanted to explore or just relax, it was the perfect home base. It’s clear this place is made with adults in mind—quiet, comfortable, and just the right touch of luxe. Can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed my stay at this place. Being my very first time in the US and in Davenport, Amanda's place offered me a safe and peaceful place to stay. The spaces were kept clean, warm and welcoming. I was able to walk around and learn the surroundings. I also met Amanda's dad twice and we had a chat-wonderful person. I would choose this again if I needed and will my colleagues about it.

Renae made it easy to enjoy our trip to Davenport for our alumni event. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy what Davenport has to offer.

It was a very good stay. The neighbors were friendly. Paul was very understanding when my last day ended up being quite chaotic.

We had unexpected travel arrangements that we needed to make for a funeral the week of Thanksgiving for our large family. Jeanne was so helpful with our last minute stay accommodations. She knew we were traveling with a toddler and had multiple pack and plays for her one in basement and one upstairs because I had mentioned I didn’t know which space she would sleep in. She had toys available for her to play with and a high chair setup in the kitchen. Left breakfast for our large crew and even a bottle of wine. She thought of everything. The house was equipped with everything you could need in the gourmet kitchen including sippy cups, toddler plates and silverware. She ensured we had more than enough towels and left a stocked closet filled with toiletries. 2 coffee bars stocked with everything we could need including teas and hot chocolate. Since we were arriving late she had the porch light on for us. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Jeanne for everything!!!

This home is such an absolute gem! Beautiful location overlooking the beautiful Mississippi River - I love watching the natural beauty around us over my morning coffee! Robin most certainly has a talent for creating an environment that is welcoming and comfy - you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the front door. And the decor is beautiful with a river/beach theme. We love this place for our twice a year girls' getaway. Three of us meet in Port Byron for a long weekend. It's the perfect location for us to relax and reconnect with each other. It has plenty of room for the 3 of us to spend time together while also providing private space for each of us too. This is our third time staying at Robin's home and we are already planning for our next girls' weekend here later this fall!!

We wanted a place with a view and boy did we get it, the river right outside your back door was amazing. It felt like home as soon as we walked in, it was her birthday and they left brownies and a happy birthday for her. All in all we went to relax and that's exactly what we did!!!!

I highly enjoyed my 4 night stay! It was nice and quiet, and I loved being beside the woods. There was a wonderful book with things to do in the area and a helpful page with info on the cabin (WiFi password, helpful instructions, etc). It was such a nice touch! I also had the best nights sleep. I live locally but in a third floor apartment and needed a place to stay while healing from an injury. I also wanted to note I am a solo female traveler and felt safe here. I will highly recommend this place to anyone!

I really appreciate how accommodating and responsive Maria was for my month long stay. I travel for work so it’s absolutely important for me to find a host that is willing to work with me and my schedule. Will be looking forward to coming back next year!

This was our second time to stay here and everything was definitely five star! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and would have to say that this place is the best and is run so perfectly. Very clean, all the little basic necessities in the kitchen, spacious and no question on the neighborhood. We loved it! Heidi

Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

This condo is located in very clean, quiet, beautiful neighborhood, the condo was very nice beautiful, and clean. laundry room door needs repairing.

My wife and I stayed at Steve's Port Byron Condo for a winter getaway during a cold weekend. The condo appeared to have modern construction and was well insulated and heated. Perfect. The view of the river allowed us to see the Mississippi ice-up overnight while staying warm inside. The sun hitting the Iowa shore across the river was neat to watch during sunrise. We saw an occasional bald eagle soar along the river. We could also see trains on the other side. (Although there are train tracks adjacent to the condo, we didn't see or hear any trains use them during our stay.) No barge traffic this time of year - but the location would be perfect for seeing river traffic at other times of the year The nearby Tugger's restaurant had great food and was easily walkable. In addition to seeing eagles from the condo, we were able to view eagles at the dams downstream. Great views of eagles resting in the trees behind the boat ramp parking lot for Dam No. 14 on the Iowa side.

My family members and I felt welcomed, safe, and truly enjoyed the clean and tranquil environment. Sara was very professional, and maintained an open line of communication. We truly appreciated her willingness to assist, active listening skills, and prompt response to ensure that all of our specific needs were addressed.
