SHEP is an all season hut, keeping you cosy and comfortable all year round; whether lighting the wood-burning stove in winter to snuggle down with a hot drink or throwing open the french doors in summer for a BBQ and a glass of something refreshing, he’s got you covered. A unique space for families, couples or solo adventurers.

Nestled in a private plum orchard on a 50 acre organic farm with unspoilt views , ‘Plum Orchard Cabin’ is the perfect relaxing retreat for singles and couples. With views across lush green fields, guests can enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunsets, whilst soaking in the Scandinavian style wood fired hot tub. Located in a conservation village in the Scottish Borders and within (40min) walking distance of shops and pubs, guests can experience the best of both worlds - village life and farm life.

Estate cottage in extensive gardens.

The Bothy is ideally located just 4 minutes drive from junction 15 of the A74(M). It is in large gardens surrounded by woodland and farmland. There is free parking beside the cottage. The porch has plenty of room for hiking boots, coats and dog leads and seating to relax and watch the rabbits. The two bedrooms have excellent mattresses and thick toppers for a good nights sleep. One bedroom has a wide desk that can also be used as a dressing table. The other has a 3 seat sofa.

Starling's Rest log cabin is tiny but mighty and packs some attractive features which include: - Functional kitchenette - Walk-in electric shower - Modernised double Scottish box-bed - Smart television - Wi-Fi - Wood burning stove - Coffee machine As well as its own enclosed garden area with outdoor seating. We welcome up to two well-behaved small dogs (or 1 medium to large sized dog), and there are some lovely walks for canines and their humans right on the doorstep.

Bread Oven Cottage - a cosy slice of history

Characterful self-contained accommodation offering two bedrooms and two shower rooms in a pretty 17th century cottage. VisitScotland 4star graded. Master bedroom featuring a superking zip-link double bed (can also be a twin) and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a king size double bed and private shower room. You will also have your own comfortable lounge with wood burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and laundry facilities.

Delightfully cosy, well equipped, simple, central flat ideal for couples, friends or small families. Breakfast goodies to start you off included. The bedroom can be set up as two singles or a kingsize bed. Double sofa bed in sitting room. Garden with apple trees and a summerhouse on decked area. Well equipped kitchen. Please note An additional cost may be charged if there is excessive use of electricity or gas above my fair usage policy as stated in house rules.

Delightful off grid shepherds hut

Built from scratch by none other than the owners themselves, the dog-friendly Tweedenburn Shepherd's Hut is more than just a labour of love; it’s also a completely off-grid hut powered by solar panels and in an excellent spot for exploring the Scottish Borders. When you’re ready for a kip, there’s a comfortable double bed for two inside the hut. Complete with a woodburning stove. Firepit/ barbecue and gas hob provided in the outdoor kitchen. All utensils provided.
