Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. At the moment, the Co-op building is closed due to a fire & at times, 8.00am to 4pm, there is some building work taking place.

The Nook, Cosy Holiday Cottage

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk. Wonky Wilma of Railway Terrace

Wilma is a pet-friendly, mid-terrace, two-bedroom house which sleeps four, or six including the sofa bed. The house is situated less than a minute’s walk from the historic market town’s train station and only a two-minute walk from the town centre.
