Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sea of Marmara

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

Everything was very nice. Everyone was also very caring. Quiet place to rest your head. The house had everything you needed. Since it is only far from the center, there are no grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We didn't have any, so it would be better if you could take everything and go as long as the day you stay. In short, we would go again. I recommend it to everyone.

We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. Everything was great. The location is beautiful and overlooks Lake Sapanca espacially that we've our car. The apartment sapce and design is excellent for a small family , the furniture is modern and clean. It has two floors, one bedroom, one bathroom with a jacuzzi, and one balcony on the upper floor. The ground floor has a living room, a fully equppied kitchen, and a bathroom. The disadvantages: 1- the bathroom in ground floor need more ventlation. 2- the washing machine were not available but Mr. Kemal was very cooperative and solve the issue immeditaly. Thank you Mr. Kemal for your kindness and cooperative which let us extended our stay for two more nights and enjoy our time in Spanca.

Great apartment to stay in! The host is a friendly man, agreed to an earlier check-in and a slightly late check-out. The apartment is large, clean, well-maintained, with interesting decor elements, comfortable for living. It feels like the host cares about the comfort of guests. We are two women pensioners, each had a large bedroom, with a good mattress and a bed. The linen was perfect! The host shared information about good restaurants and cafes located nearby. There was a promenade and marina 10 minutes walk away. Ferries to the west side of Istanbul reached in about 15 minutes. The metro station, the line to Sabina gökçen Airport was also not far away and it was convenient to get there without using a bus and taxi. There was also a popular cafe Köfyeci Yusuf, a billiard room nearby ( perhaps someone is interested). The experience of the apartment is wonderful!!! We had a great time and our trip on these 3 days. We will definitely come back here. We recommend this place to everyone!

I had such a great time staying here! I felt completely at home from the moment I arrived. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was amazing – super helpful and even went out of his way to get some supplies we needed, which was a kind gesture. The location was also perfect. It was only a minute walk from the metro and a few minutes from Nişantaşı, one of the most stylish areas of Istanbul, full of luxury shops, restaurants, and cafes. It was also close to Taksim Square and other major tourist attractions, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place. The wonderful host, great location, and cozy home feel made my experience truly unforgettable. I'll definitely be back!

The location is perfect for anyone wanting easy to access to some of the main tourist attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There is also a tram stop right out the front for easy commute to other areas. The accommodation is basic but is comfortable for a short stay in Istanbul

We first experienced it in the winter months, it was very nice. But the real taste of Mudanya and this place is in the spring. The room was very nice, an environment that met every need. It's a very quiet, but amazing sea view... you open your window in the morning and the light fog, herons and the fragrance of the sea immediately surround you. Breakfast is very successful, the service is friendly. There are unlimited facilities to walk or eat, a hotel fifteen minutes walk from IDO. Want to go to the Mudanya side? 3 minutes yurt, take the F1 bus from the back street, Armistice square in fifteen minutes! Such a calm but central location is very rare. We are very satisfied, we will visit again. Highly recommend

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!
