The apartment is in a convenient location, Parking is great comfort. There is no noise that interferes with sleeping. There are kitchen utensils, but there are some shortcomings that can be removed. My stay there coincided with a 6.2 magnitude earthquake in Istanbul. It's a courtesy for the host to write and take care of it in the process. An apartment where he can stay again, thank you.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

The hosts were very kind and incredibly responsive. The location of the unit was incredibly convenient and allowed us to access all the beautiful parts of Istanbul. Beyond that, the units were spotless and were very clean. This allowed us to have a very comfortable stay with many rooms available for our group. The place is easy to find, just couple of turns from the metro station nearby. Whole flat was clean as possible. Getting in and out was easy. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes around. Mr. Volkan is super responsive and helpful host. Overall highly recommended!

Benny is very friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages. He personally welcomed us and gave us very good tips. The apartment is perfect for visiting Istanbul. Although very close to a main thoroughfare it is quiet. The bus stop is very close, so we were able to get everywhere very well by public transport. The area is still rather simple, the apartment stands out very positively here. The apartment can be reached via a somewhat narrow staircase and is on two floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a toilet, upstairs is a nice living room with balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We felt very comfortable and safe and would very much like to come back.

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

The space is quite bright and has all the basic luxuries. It is a bit challenging since its on a hill but that’s normal in İstanbul. Also there s no elevator. But you got plenty of space to breath. Good space. Recommended.

Strategic location to TUYAP exhibition hall. 10-15mins walking distance. One downside is the exit to TUYAP bridge only open after mall open which is after 10am. But overall not an issue for us if we choose to take a taxi towards TUYAP only cost us around 120-150 Turkish Lira. Overall, strategic location. Super kind and responsive host, clean stay

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property and it truly exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate and very well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The view of the sea was simply breathtaking. The host was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was exactly as described in the listing.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

The location was ideal—close to public transportation, great cafes, and some of the main attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood that let us wind down peacefully at night. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul—especially families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location. This is the second time we stay with Mr. Nuri in his cozy apartment, The apartment is exactly as described, clean and comfortable, recently renovated. There are all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, including nice little things that show that Nuri is caring for its guests. The apartment is 3 minutes from the M1 light metro station and the Metrobus stop. 7 minutes from the T1 tram station, which goes directly to the center of the historic part of Istanbul. Within walking distance there is a large 3M Migros supermarket. Nuri is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We had a wonderful vacation and recommend this apartment

Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kağıthane, Istanbul! The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul and would love to come back in the future!

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

My partner and I had a very good stay at this flat! The place is well-equipped with plenty of amenities—there's a lovely swimming pool, a gym, and even shops within the complex. The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to easily work online, hold meetings, and handle downloads and uploads without any issues. We did encounter a couple of small issues. On our first night, we weren’t informed about the access card required to move around the complex, which left us a bit stuck until someone kindly helped us out. Additionally, there was a minor issue with the toilet, but the host was responsive and came over almost immediately to fix it, which we really appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place with fantastic amenities!
