Ski-in/out vacation rentals in Sea of Marmara

Hello, I would like to thank Mr. Fatih and friends for the really friendly hospitality and for making me feel at home

The house is located in the center of the statue. It is very close to historical points such as the mosque Kozahan and Tophane. The host explained how to get into the house and we checked in ourselves (it was quite easy), this cute house where we stayed for a day was extremely clean, spacious and tidy. Since it was on a calm and quiet street, we had the opportunity to sleep very peacefully. It has enough air conditioning for watering and cooling. When we arrived after 19:00, we were able to find parking on the street, but it may be a little difficult to find a place during the day because the bazaars were close. It was nice and we were satisfied when we visited daily.

The house was perfect, everything was considered, especially for me, the warmth of the house was very important and we were never cold, it was very warm, we enjoyed it very much:) We reached out to him every time we called, he did as much as he could, he was definitely oriented to please us🙏, and he made us very happy with the gift he left at our door at night. Thank you for your great operation, we will be🙏😍 back😍🥰

We stayed at Villa Holiday in Sapanca for 1 night. Our host, Ms. Nursel, was very caring and kind. The villa was extremely clean and we had a very pleasant time with the children. It was a peaceful stay experience in touch with nature. We recommend it!

We had a great stay at Ali Bera’s place. The apartment was exceptionally clean — truly one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in — and very well-organized. It felt like a home away from home. The location is peaceful and the surroundings are lovely, perfect for a quiet getaway. Do note that the road leading to the property can feel a bit sketchy at night, though it’s still drivable. Also, there are no supermarkets, pharmacies, or shops nearby, so it’s best to come prepared. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a cozy and spotless space!
