Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Seabright, Santa Cruz

Leah's place was exactly as described in her listing. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to several shops, restaurants and parks. The backyard space is quite big and there is a beautiful large redwood tree centered in the space. The house had all the amenities mentioned in the listing and definitely had everything we needed for out stay. We will come back again next time we are in the area!

We had a great stay! Five of us coworkers shared the house, and it accommodated us perfectly. Everyone was comfortable, we all slept well, and there was plenty of space for getting ready in the mornings. The home is charming with a cute beach-themed decor. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and Janiece provided clear, detailed instructions that made check-in and the stay smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

We really enjoyed our short stay in Santa Cruz & this home was in the perfect location for us. Although not warm enough for beach weather, we enjoyed the sunset & views + a super close walk to the beach. Kids enjoyed the Boardwalk & that was also a short walk away. The house was adorable - so nicely renovated & decorated. Beds were really comfy - everyone slept well! The private & secure parking was a nice plus. We hope to come back & would definitely stay here again!

This house was exactly what it was described as. It was immaculately presented and very easy to find everything and we were greeted by a lovely gift when we arrived. We had an amazing time at the house and would recommend this to anybody. We were also contacted by Sarah on the day we were checking out asking would like a later check out. This was amazing for us as trying to get four children together and all of our luggage meant it gave us that little bit extra time to make sure we had everything before we left. If ever we we were in Aptos again, we would stay here 100%.

Pleasant stay, nicely decorated and slept my family of 5 adults in comfort. Dog friendly as advertised but you would not know it because there was no smell or hair on our clothes. Walking distance to restaurants grocery store and coffee shop. This was my first time to rent a home form airbnb and I'd do it again based on this stay.

This house was great for our family of four. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outside area gave the kids a nice place to play. Our toddler especially enjoyed the Thomas train set in his room! This is a lovely area of Santa Cruz too - easy walk to the beach and Boardwalk.

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

The stay was very peaceful and worth every penny. There was lots to do around the area and the place felt like home. The host are very nice and responsive. I look forwards to staying there again when I go back to San Jose

My family of 4 visited San Jose for a hockey tournament. This apartment/condo was 5 minutes from arena. Very convenient. Space was clean and perfect for our 3 night stay. We did cook and do laundry quite a bit; wished there was more pods for dishwasher and laundry, and a few extra trash’s bags. Other than that, stay was perfect and would stay again.

We had a great time at this Airbnb - good price, clean, lots of space - definitely worth booking if you need an affordable option in the Silicon Valley area

Wonderful home! Looks even better than the photos. Well appointed, clean, bright and on a lovely street. Host was welcoming and responsive. We loved staying here and highly recommend it.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Convenient and comfortable stay. Hanna was quite responsive to requests. Felt like she went over and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Michelle and Peter were excellent hosts! The place was exactly as described, and very homey. The backyard was beautiful, and the inside had lots of touches to make us feel comfortable- blankets for the sofa, TV easy to sign into our netflix and other accounts, kitchen easy to cook in with all the essentials. Michelle and Peter were quick to respond to any messages I sent before and during our stay, and very accommodating. Downtown is an easy walk or very quick drive. Lots of hiking opportunities nearby, and the Coastal trail is great for bicycling. Thanks for a lovely stay!

A lovely comfortable place. Loved the decor and the great light from all the windows. Centrally located close to the beach, boardwalk, parks, and restaurants. The place was spacious and met all our needs. We will definitely return for another stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kristina’s condo! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this Airbnb – we’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and very clean. Easy check-in/access with responsiveness from the host. Views were beautiful with great restaurants within a short distance. Our only disappointment was the second bedroom not having the bunk bed setup that was indicated/pictured at our time of booking last year. We made due but would have preferred it as shown when we booked. Would stay again and recommend to others!
