😉 We enjoyed our stay at “Bass Point Bliss” with Grand Welcome Lake of the Ozarks immensely. The communication with Zach & Katie was clear and prompt, and the place was beautifully decorated and very clean! The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the host was very accommodating. 😉 We would definitely recommend this place to others and hope to stay again soon! Matt’s place is a true affordable luxury stay. The whole place was hand crafted with a creative mind set. Matt answered as soon as I called and gave me clear instructions on how to check-in. The master bed and bath is very nice, the pool table up stairs was a great bonus, and the sound system ready to connect made this stay perfect for our team to stay for our event. Highly recommend this if you are staying in the Sedalia area with a group.

I took six teenage boys and this place was perfect for them! Not only was there the swim dock/slide, kayaks and swimspa to keep them occupied, they loved hanging out on the double deck. The basement was setup as a great place to sleep and hangout. It’s a great place for adults and kids. Definitely will go back!

Had a great time in the Ozarks. Nancy responded with some minor issues we had very quickly. Shady gators and h toad were in walking distance. Large space with a pool everything we needed, thanks!

This is a hidden jewel! It was like going back in time to grandmas house in many ways. Super comfy, everything we needed was there. Outdoor kitchen and firepit with furnished wood was a plus. Jack was very accommodating and quick to respond. Not far from restaurants or Columbia. Hope to re-visit! Highly recommend!!

The location was excellent. We unfortunately had terrible weather and spent more time inside than what we anticipated but that was no problem since the home was extremely spacious, clean, and comfortable.

If only every home could be rented out thru Evolve and our host Holly. She knew exactly the right places to go and was always readily available anytime we had questions. The house was stunning and exactly what we needed for our group family vacay. Bedrooms were perfect size for each family, plenty of space to hangout together or separately in addition to the best cove to spend the day swimming and playing. We haven’t stayed on the west side of the lake too much but after this week we will definitely be staying over there more often, hopefully in an Evolve rental!

Our time here was really great! Big house to fit our whole crew was going to be tough to find, but Jana’s house was perfect Quick walk to HToad for dinner and then another short walk to Shady Gator’s makes for a wonderful 1-2 punch for your time at the lake. If you need a spot for all of your buddies that easy and super fun, look no further!

We had such a peaceful Thanksgiving getaway here! Whitney was a great host! We will definitely be coming back.

It looks like a tiny home but there is a lot of space. You do have to climb a ladder to go upstairs but it is a large area with two beds. Downstairs there is another bed and sofa bed. The beds we used were very comfortable. It's a quiet street off the main highway with very little traffic. We will be back!

Great place! Really got our use out of the hot tub and the fire pits.

Great lil fishing cottage, with it's own dock. We'll definitely be back.

This is not the first time that I have stayed here with my friends. As always, it was very convenient and comfortable. Thanks to the hostess. I recommend it to everyone.

Home was right on the lake and perfect size for our family. The kitchen had all the dish-ware needed for make and eating meals. Bathrooms were great had all the thing need to shower. Craig was responsive to all our questions and when asked about the kayaks he told us we could use them and the younger girls we were with went out on the lake and had a blast on them. Overall stay was a 10/10 for us thanks Craig if we come back will definitely book with him again!

This place is beautiful and in a fantastic location! Could not have asked for a more perfect place to break away from the city life for a super weekend. Will definitely use it again. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts: Thank you!

Gina was amazing to deal with. Her communication and kindness are top are second to none. I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. Great little house amazing back yard not a lot to do in the area but that was okay stores weren’t to far away overall great place to go if you don’t want to deal with the noisy city and are just trying to get away for the weekend

Absolutely love this home. Everything was very relaxing and made our stay feel like we were at home. The kitchen was stocked which made it easy for us to fry the fish we caught on the lake while we were there. The view of the lake was beautiful and the sunrise views from the back deck with our coffee in the morning made us want to stay forever. We accidently locked ourselves out and Cassandra was very responsive to help us resolve our mistake. This is an excellent choice if you're looking for a place to stay near Warsaw.

Beautiful house! Equipped with all essentials we needed. We stayed here to go off-roading and we were able to park 3 trailers. We would definitely stay here again!

Ski Team Cabin was as advertised - no trick photography here. Beautiful view of the lake from the living room! Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Easy to find with GPS. Driveway was not a problem. Not far from the main street in Sunrise Beach.

The house exactly matched the pictures and has a terrific back deck on the lake. It was a bit cozier than expected, but worked great for our family of four (this wouldn't be much of an issue during the summer with more time outside). For our winter stay, it was terrifically peaceful and well appointed, we especially appreciated the gas range and outdoor cooking options. Finding the house was a bit treacherous in the dark and rainy night we arrived, but Kim's instructions made it much easier than it could have been.

This was the best AirBnB my wife have stayed in thus far and we usually do a few trips a year to different places. The property is gorgeous, the home is immaculate. The lower level is like it’s own apartment. The instructions were very clear to understand, there was more than enough cookware for our family cookout we had during our stay. We will definitely book again when we head back to visit our daughter. I definitely highly recommend Richard and Elizabeth’s place if your staying in the Warrensburg/Holden Missouri area.
