Central to everything in Sedalia. Wonderfully spacious 100-year-old home in older neighborhood. Walking distance to Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drug store, grocery store, urgent care and only 2.1 miles to Missouri State Fairgrounds. House has three bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed located in downstairs sitting room. All amenities including a wonderful laundry room, stocked kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard. Very homey and tranquil.

Most doors are 36” for better accessibility. Porch is great for relaxing. Conveniently located 2 blocks south of downtown & less than a mile off I-70.

Country house surrounded by woods, close to town.

Great way to get away with your family or alone. Nice country setting on asphalt road. Master bedroom includes an outside entry to a private deck and a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed. The bathroom is very large with an entry from the master and the hall and includes the washer and dryer. Patio for grilling or just enjoying the scenery. Only 20 min from Truman Lake.10 minutes from Missouri State Fairgrounds.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We have a barbeque grill and patio set. Washer and Dryer for you to use. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.
