Our lovingly and stylishly furnished apartment is quietly located in the idyllically small Stöttham /Chieming in early 2025. In just 500 meters you can walk to the wonderful Chiemsee shore. From the apartment and the sunny south terrace you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. Enjoy your time on your 20 sqm terrace overlooking the green field in the mountain range. A shaded spot can be found under the large awning and enjoy the sun in the communal garden.

This stylish place, which we like to use ourselves, is perfect for family or friend gatherings. It impresses with its size of 140 m² and the comfort of 3 spacious bedrooms and its good amenities. The view of the Alpine panorama from each room is awesome. Our guests are very important to us and we want everyone to feel comfortable. The apartment is located in quiet Meisham, not far from the Eggstätter lake district, an idyll in summer as well as in winter.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)
