The property is Right next to the tea estate, amazingly maintained, beautifully kept the European essence. Best for family of 5-7 members. They have huge balcony, spacious rooms, decent kitchen/study/living space. Overall Loved the support and hospitality. Nishant is a gem… he really went out of the way to help us. Note- google Maps doesn’t work accurately here, do not follow Gmaps… I strongly recommend to stay in constant touch with host while coming here.

Spacious, very well-equipped, exceptionally comfortable and clean property, conveniently located for accessing and exploring Cherpunkal, Pala and surrounding areas. The house is just a few metres from the busy Pala-Ettumanoor road, yet it's tucked away in a quiet place, and is quite peaceful. There are several good eateries and supermarkets within walking distance -- there's even a shopping arcade nearby. The house looks better than in the photos -- all bedrooms have en-suite facilities and each floor has it's own large living and dining areas. Plus, there's ample car parking space. Mr. Saju and Melvin are wonderful hosts, who receive you personally when you arrive, and are always ready to help. Me and my family had a wonderful week-long stay here, and the next time we are in the area, we'll certainly look to return!!

First of all I would like to thank Jinu and her family for providing such a good hospitality. They were too friendly, felt like a family. The stay was amazing, didn't felt any difficulty. Kids enjoyed a lot roaming around the property, playing and swimming in the pool. If someone need privacy and peace, then this the place you're looking for. I will definitely visit that place once again.

Roads were fabulous and the property is right by the roadside. space to spare even after parking two cars. A small kids play area and a glass floored open balcony with a mountain and sunrise view. the bar also was very scenic

I wasn’t prepared for how much I enjoyed staying at Samjana’s place. She’s an architect and designed the whole building herself. From the polished brick floors feeling delightful on my bare feet to the open balconies and kitchen, to waking up with an incredible view of the jungle birds and animals, we loved the balance between modern design and natural beauty. With Samjana’s internet booster, I was also able to work comfortably there. And we found delicious restaurants and friendly fruit & veg vendors at the junction within walking distance. We had a wonderful time at this homestay. The house had such a good feeling about it, and we really enjoyed being there. It was so calm and cozy that we spent most of our time just relaxing at the homestay instead of going out. A big thank you to Shiby, the caretaker, for being so helpful during our stay. The property is impeccable with beautiful and calming view right from your window every morning. The sort of off-roading towards the property makes your stay even better. Our caretaker Laiju was very kind and accommodated everything we wanted. The host Milen was super helpful right from the day we booked this property, he was always available for any query of ours and gave us right guidance on the directions before we got to the property. The place is pet friendly as-well and my dog enjoyed the environment as much as we could. Overall the place is a steal deal.
