Situated at the heart of Fort Kochi, Our home is very near to all the tourist attractions in the area.
“We booked Antony and Rincy's Coconut Grove homestay for one night and it was very pleasant stay overall. The house is surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees and plantain trees. The room was a bit small than I had pictured after looking at photos but it was still very comfortable and neatly maintained. Towels and toiletries were laid out, water bottle was provided and we had a cupboard to store belongings. Bathroom had a good shower and very clean. Rincy offered to make us fresh lemonade as soon as we reached the home late evening. She provided us a map of Fort Kochi and explained the major attractions to visit and how to reach. The next day morning, we had the most delicious breakfast of fresh pineapple juice, pathiri (a thin rice pancake), vegetable stew and hot coffee prepared and beautifully presented by Rincy. For a homestay, the hospitality and care provided was of hotel standard. All major attractions are within 10 minute walkable distance, the beach is a 15 minute walk. As we had a night bus, we were able to store our luggage in the hall of the homestay. Rincy even offered her own home for me to freshen up before leaving for my bus since the next guests had already arrived for the other rooms. I would absolutely recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Fort Kochi.”

Its so peaceful, and you can spend the afternoon reading in the hammock! The accommodation is wonderful and Basil and Annie are brilliant hosts! The Kerela breakfasts (made by Annie) are outstanding and Basil gives lots of great tips, and consistently went above and beyond to make our stay even better. We will definitely be back!”
Our abode - Pearl House is nested within greenery in the heart of Ernakulam city away from its hustle and bustle. Close to nature with a beautiful garden , rain water harvesting system , solar lighting system , bio gas , aquaponics and pets. Lulu shopping mall is just 3kms away from the property. If you are looking for a peaceful luxurious space within the city limits, our home will be the perfect choice. We live next door, in case you need anything.
“Pearl house is an exquisite experience, a prolific cultural trip and a microcosm of Cochin - The quaint bungalow is just marvelous and maintained so well. The marble work gives is a luxurious, yet sophisticated touch. Traditional catholic and nativity decorations add in a unique flavor to the feel of the interiors. - Paulson and Lissy are superb hosts. Their hospitality was incredible and interactions courteous, a true reflection of Malayali culture (...perhaps, something north could learn from). - The authentic Keralan breakfast we had with them was out of this world. Some of their recipes are a by-product of the bygone Portuguese era, a gentle reminder of how mixing culture, similar to mixing colors, can lead to creative and incredible results. - Sitting on the couch in verandah with cool breeze throughout the day is the canonical soothing, tropical experience - esp. for those of us coming from much colder climates. - And then there're all the interesting hobbies and side-project Paulson has - such as aquaponics, biogas plants and gardening. If you're vying for an authentic Cochin household experience, you have to stay here.”
