I co-imaged it with a Norwegian architecture studio, marrying Scandi minimalism with warm Portuguese and French touches, to create a truly calming and inspiring experience. Located minutes from the Motorway for access to Lisbon, Comboios Coina Station, Shopping, Green Spaces and easy access to the Quinta do Perú Golf Course. A 2 minute drive away is the Lidl Supermarket, among others and Pharmacy. A 25-minute drive, there is Setubal, with access to Tróia by ferry, and beaches such as Caparica, Lagoa de Albufeira, Sesimbra and the Cabo Espichel Lighthouse!

The guest house belongs to a 4 hectare farm. The property is located in the Natural Park of Arrábida, which offers magnificent panoramic views over the natural reserve, Sesimbra, Caparica, Lisbon and the Tagus. The Lagoa beach, lagoon side is suitable for families and young children. The water is warm and easy to swim. You can practice many water sports: windsurfing, kyte, wing foil, light sailing, paddle boarding, canoe kayaking. The one on the ocean side, surf and kyte. Many walks and beautiful sunsets.
