Lovely summer house at Røsnäs in the first place!

The cozy summer house from 1923 is first and foremost located on the side of the Kalundborg fjord. The ground floor has a lovely living room and kitchen with a direct exit to a large wooden terrace with sea views. There is a private staircase down to the beach with a swimming bridge. There are several lovely view terraces. There's a wood-burning stove in the living room, as well as a heat pump. There is a bathroom with heated floors. On the first floor, there are bedrooms with great views. In the garden, there is an annex with 2 sleeping places. In the garden are the most beautiful trees.

A stone's throw from the beach is the newly built holiday apartment. From the spacious terrace there is a magnificent panoramic view of the beach and the bay. On a clear day, the Great Belt Bridge is clearly visible on the horizon. Our summerhouse is located in Evetofte/Melby on a lovely, well planted and sunny plot of land. Biking distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes, and a cozy shop life. It's really Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light as the sun sets after a long day of beauty.
