Beautiful peaceful, private place with a lush garden and a great pool. Wayan greeted us on arrival and helped us organise a few things while we were there. He was very attentive and staff would turn up every morning to water and keep the gardens tidy. There is a beach 5 minutes walk away which is so quiet, we quite often found that we had the entire beach to ourselves and Wayan had provided some boogie boards to take down with us. The village is just up the road and has a couple of mini marts, atms, local eateries and night markets. Balian Beach is a 15-20 minute pleasant walk away and more touristed, so has larger eateries if you do not want to eat at a warung and has more variety on the menus including western food. In saying that we love the warungs and the night markets if eating local cuisine. We opted for the seafood dinner cooked by Wayan and staff which was lovely. Thank you to Wayan and staff for looking after us during our stay.

Wow, this place is so special. I moved here from their other listing (Balian River Hut) because I loved it so much and didn’t book for as long as I would have stayed. So I opted over next door and this place is equally magical and quite different. It’s nice to have a full fridge and the garden out front between you and the river is SO stunning. There are red hibiscus and plumerias and so many different beautiful plants. The tub out front on the deck is magical. This beds here don’t have mosquito nets but I didn’t need them because I just kept the bedroom doors closed during the day. The support from the hosts and everybody they hire are so kind and enjoyable to see each day. I felt so tended to by Komang and the land. I rarely see anyone but maybe 1 or 2 people coming to bathe in the river at sunset every so often. It feels really peaceful, safe and nourishing. I almost never left the property I was on and I could easily live here for months. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa. Nyoman was very friendly and helped us a lot with organizing transport to the city, renting motorbikes, and arranging massages and dinners. The place is incredible — right in the middle of nature. It’s very quiet and private. We especially enjoyed visiting Soka Beach, which is nearby. We were the only ones there, and the black sand with the ocean made it a unique experience. Please note that the villa is quite far from major tourist spots, so if you’re planning to visit those frequently, this may not be the right place for you. But if you’re looking for a peaceful beach vacation surrounded by nature, this villa is the perfect choice. Thank you for everything Nyoman🙏🏻

Andy is super nice his accommodation at the top, the young woman who takes care of and also nice and very considerate. I would highly recommend it.
