Mark's place is a very high quality accommodation, which is immaculate, well cared for and very clean. The location was perfect for us, since it is very convenient for the South Downs Way and also very quiet and private. Mark was a very kind, proactive and efficient host. This is easily the best Airbnb I've stayed in.

We stayed 5 nights. The room was spacious, WiFi perfect, relaxing place, dining place, the bedding was of a very good quality. When we arrived, there was fresh baked bread, eggs, butter, coffee, tea, water. Annemarie is always willing to help. Very kind family. Don’t hesitate, go for it! We enjoyed our days!

I needed a quiet location where I could have some assistance when needed and to be able to come and go when I needed to. There was always someone there to help if I needed it and my daughter and I felt we could relax when we needed to do that too.

This is a lovely modern & spacious 1 bedroom barn, suitable for couples. The kitchen is particularly well equipped with modern gadgets including an air fryer & coffee machine. It is right out in the countryside, with views towards the South Downs, so you definitely need a car, to go anywhere. Not far from the coast, either. It is very peaceful, & outside, almost all you can hear are birds singing! Susan was an excellent host, & responded promptly to any little queries we had. Really enjoyed our stay there!
